女の1人旅行で2泊しました。レビューでモーテルと書いていたので少し心配でしたが余計な心配でした。
まず建物自体は築年数を感じるもののお部屋は綺麗に保たれており、駅近でホテルの近くにコンビニが2つ、最寄駅にはロッテマート、手軽に安く泊まる場所として私としては最適だと感じました。
1番感動したのはスタッフの方々の対応です。ペダル民族でご飯を注文した際に、間違えてデリバリーではなく現地受け取りにしてしまったのですが、状況のわからない私に対して翻訳アプリを通して教えてくれ、最終的に店舗へ車で受け取りに行ってくださいました。
これはホテルのサービスというよりかは、スタッフの方々の人柄によるものだったと思っています(皆さんずっと笑顔で話しかけやすかったです)。また韓国へ1人旅行をする際には泊まらせていただきたいなと思うほど温かい対応でした。韓国大好き！！
駅から近く、MOTELのようなホテルで、建物は古いですが、掃除はきちんとされてました。夜中の2時に到着しましたが、対応も良かったです。最初にスキンケアセットを受付でくれます。タオル交換は毎回受付で新しいタオルをもらいました。冷蔵庫にジュースと水が用意されてました。寝泊まりするだけなら、安くていいと思います。
Staff always welcoming, very understanding with arrival from incheon airport. The non-smoking room is nice and clean, AC works great especially during hot seasons, it's relatively quiet from the background noise outside such as the trains passing by. There isn't much of a view from the window but if that doesn't bother you its a solid option to stay.
The location of the hotel is near the station and underground subway so it is very accessible. There are plenty of nearby convenient store, cafe and restaurant in the area and there's also the lotte department store which is at the station.
Would recommend as a budget traveller.
31 Page is in a convenient location for getting to other areas in Seoul. The room was clean and comfortable. It is next to the train lines, but I wasn't particularly bothered by noise. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to sleep with cool decor.
思っているよりとても狭いです。寝るしか出来ません。2日滞在でアメニティは1日分しか貰えず僕も確認しなかったのが悪かったのですが一泊料金が倍になっていたので予約の際は必ず料金を確認した方がいいです。東大門区からも遠いのでその周辺を目当ての方なら他にした方がいいです。
The room is smaller than I expected and there weren’t two large towers for two people and the bathtub looks awful.Also there is no daily cleaning service for free and they said that you have to pay for it for cleaning.The room is not soundproof and you can hear noises from outside. The only positive thing is you can access Netflix.
掃除やタオル交換は頼めばしてもらえる。ポットも基本無し(頼めば借りられるよう)だが、受付でお湯が使える。部屋は広い。泊まるだけなら十分。
6泊しましたが、その間のいろいろな要望にスタッフの方々は快く応えてくださいました。
部屋は線路側で明るく、列車が通る音はそれ程気にならず良く眠れました。場所は位置的にとても便利です。またの機会に利用させていただきます。お世話になりました。

The small hotel is charming - I enjoyed the back garden area and the soft music, and the hot water in the lobby.
It's a 3 minute walk to Cheongnyangni station, and from there you can get almost everywhere within 1/2 hour.
My room was compact but had everything I needed and was Extra hangers were provided on request.
I like the area, very walkable. There are cafes, bakeries and convenience stores every block, on both sides of the boulevard.
And the staff were SO nice - friendly and helpful! Basic English was understood and spoken by a few, and for the few that didn't, a translation app worked fine.
I'd definitely recommend!
Have stayed here 3 times in the past 7 months and it’s always been a great experience. No complaints whatsoever. Good price for what I need. Will stay here for the foreseeable future since the location is perfect for when I’m visiting.
The bed sheet was dirty and the wall has boogers

Enjoyed my stay. Small hotel but conveniently located close to Lotte department store and a lot of other stores such as CU (they have a global atm) and 7 Eleven. Also quite a number of bus stops within walking distance to quickly travel around Seoul
翌日の行動を考えて、駅から近いこのホテルを選びました。
チェックインが0時過ぎになったのに快く対応してくれました。
チェックインの際、アメニティのセットを貰えます。
その他は部屋に必要なもの全てがコンパクトに用意されていました。
部屋は広くありませんでしてが、お風呂とウォシュレット付きのトイレがあって快適に過ごしました。
청량리역を利用する時は、またこのホテルを利用したいです。

저렴한 가격의 숙박시설이기는 하지만 쇼핑등을 위한 교통편이 정말로 좋고 숙박시설의 청결상태 서비스 등도 정말로 좋았습니다. 다시 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다.
연박을 하더라도 같은 금액을 주니, 청소 및 수건 등은 챙겨주시면 좋겠네요.
とても良かったです。翌日江陵に移動するのに迷わないように線路沿いのこのホテルを予約しました。すぐ横を電車が通ります。なかなかできない経験でした。音はうるさいかな？と思ったけど全然気にならずむしろ心地よかったです。アメニティも揃っていて根端以上の価値はあります。また泊まって次は市場を探索したいです。
