Hotel com as mínimas condições de acomodação. Cama confortável e água quente. Não é o hotel mais central mas igualmente não o mais afastado, portanto é razoável, com parque de estacionamento gratuito. Boa opção para uma noite em Bournemouth.
A melhorar, recomendo mais atenção à limpeza(sujidade junto à janela da casa de banho) e a renovação de algumas coisas no quarto(cortina rasgada e televisão antiga).
I arrived at the property. The doors were shut. I tried calling phone number several times. Nobody open. I hang around in front of property at 9:00 p.m. for about 1 hour and I ended up going to another hotel and pay for accommodation and tomorrow

Clean, tidy, friendly, room was only £50 but it felt like a £100 a night type of hotel.
There is not anything I can think of If I’m honest.
Hotel.closed down at 7pm, luckily I gained entry by another guest on food delivery, and I was told off by receptionist when I finally got served and given room access. Rude and dismissive
Spacious room, clean spacious bathroom, Fantastic friendly staff at the reception, excellent location, short walk from the beach and city centre, also from train station. Local buses stop just outside the hotel. In the hot weather you can use a nice pool and outside lounging area.

Day staff was very helpful but couldnt find night staff anywhere when had an issue
Mouldy blind in bathroom, shower wouldnt drain properly bathroom felt dirty and looked grimey. Was kept awake most tge night by other guests in adjoining rooms by loud music swapping rooms banging doors and drug use. Went to find member of staff couldnt find one anywhere.

Filthy dirty. Bath had a tide line. Windows so blown that you couldn’t see out.
There was hair all over our bathroom floor, it hadn’t been mopped there was mud or blood or whatever it was. The mirrors were filthy. We waited at reception for 15 minutes ringing the bell and calling reception and the man didn’t come and when he did he sauntered down the stairs and made no apology for how long we’d been waiting to check in.
How filthy everything was.
