Nice colonial building in Puebla's center; luggage porter/clerk/butler was a very friendly and helpful guy

Cons:

room without a window felt like a prison cell (typical for colonial houses, other rooms do have windows but were fully booked), breakfast included in the price was a joke, staff at the reception was very unfriendly

La posizione è buona perchè centrale ma lontana dal frastuono delle strade più centrali, in pochi minuti si è allo Zocalo

Purtroppo la nostra stanza si trovava accanto alla hall quindi poco silenziosa.
Non esce acqua calda
La colazione viene servita dalle 8 (è tardi!) e non c’è modo per portare via qualcosa neanche poco prima.
