El hotel tiene buena presentación, no desayunamos, buena atención por parte del personal, no hubo problemas al estacionar el auto ni valet parking. El lugar es céntrico y accesible para poder ir a cualquier parte en el centro de Puebla.

Cons:

El calor y el sonido que se concentra desde el lobby tiene que ser manejado, son dos problemas de prioridad. La platica de la gente y huéspedes despierta a la mayoria de aquellos quienes duermen. El calor es preocupante, a tal punto, que llega a ser sofocante. Por que da pauta a plagas como la temida chinche. No fue mi caso, pero si vi otros dos casos de hace 3 y 4 meses. Pueden mejorar esas dos cosas, con eso y ya pueden despegar.
