Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. El personal muy amable.
Tenia tv cable.

Cons:

La habitación era muy cerrada y hacia calor. No tiene aire y solo había un ventilador de pie que tenia un cable extremadamente corto y no se podia mover. No tenian otro ventilador ni un alargue para poder acomodar el ventilador.

Internet é horrível!!! Cai o tempo todo. Vendem estadia com café da manhã, mas você pode tomar uma xícara de café e um pão sem manteiga e aproximadamente 50g de alguma fruta. Melhor falar que não tem café e não cobrar.

Good location to visit downtown Puebla.
Pros:

The hotel Sofia is located two blocks from the Cathedral. Excellent location to walk around and find restaurants, stores, churches, markets, and artesanias. The Hotel is not a luxourious hotel, but for the price I paid, it is a good deal for the location. The room was very clean.

Cons:

The old old old towels. The hotel did not offer bottles of water for all the people in the room. The breakfast is only cup a coffee and a very small fruit.

La falta de actitud de servicio de la recepcionista, pedí un vaso y me respondió “ aquí no, en la cafetería” era
Solo un vaso, y yo en muletas…..

El servicio de valet parking, un poco demorado, y el desayuno demasiado básico, no era continental, era americano y no hubo platillo

Todo estubo muy bien

Cons:

El horario de salida en la app dice que de 12 a 1 y en recepción me dijeron que tenía que salir a las 12 y lo recalcaron que a las 12 y no se podía salir más tarde y el aire acondicionado medio servi por qué no aventaba mucho aire frío

Muy cómoda y placentera

El personal muy atento aunque un poco lento me enojo que pedimos el auto y después de 20 min regreso el valet parking nos ve y nos dice ay ustedes querían su auto y perdimos casi 40 min en esperar auto pero en general amable el personal. El hotel esta en una excelente ubicación y muy céntrica te permite moverte en el centro hasta caminando y quedas con buena conectividad para otro lugares más lejanos. La habitación bien cómoda e iluminada me encanto que me toco con balcón con vista a la ciudad.

La ubicación es lo único que mereció la pena

Cons:

Nos asignaron una habitación sin ventana, y sin ningún tipo de ventilación, en la segunda noche nos cambiaron a petición, creo que no es legal que una habitación no tenga ningún tipo de ventilación aunque fuera interior, esa noche tuvimos que dormir con la puerta de la habitación abierta. El desayuno "continental" es un fraude, ni siquiera puedes elegir bebida, ponen a todo el mundo sin preguntar una taza de café solo 4 pedazos de fruta cortados que tampoco puedes elegir, y un bollo seco, tuvimos que pedir que nos sirvieran medio vaso de leche para el café y tuvieron que pedir autorización, luego intentan venderte un desayuno normal a precio bastante caro.

The location is incredible, very close to the zocalo, and the reception staff were nice.

Cons:

This was advertised as having a 'balcony' but only included an internal window with very little light and a lot of noise.

'Breakfast' was super disappointing, it was just one plate of fruit, sweet bread, and nothing else. The staff were also run off their feet with only 2 to serve ~30 guests.

Our air conditioning also leaked all night, leaving water all over the bedside table.
