Un poco ruidoso ...

Que se tira micha agua en la regadera para que salga el agua caliente.

Mala comunicación para la entrega de los automóviles ya que los estacionamientos con los que trabajan están en calles aledañas, tardaron más de 45 minutos en entregarme mi auto y al final tuvimos que ir a recogerlo a otro hotel en una calle paralela, por la noche pregunté si podíamos ir a la terraza para beber un café que adquirimos por fuera y nos dijeron que si y al ll gar a terraza nos indicaron que no podíamos permanecer ahí a menos que adquirieramos algo de la cafetería interna, se le informo al pero al que se había preguntado previamente justo para no violar ningún reglamento y nos dijo que la gerencia había dado esa orden y nos insinuó que nosotros actuamos de mala fé, y al solicitar hablar con gerencia nos dijeron que el horario lo impedía, que como mi reserva había sido por Booking debía esperar a que fuera el día siguiente para que alguien me diera atención y que si quería podía subir a la terraza a lo que me negué puesto que la idea no es tener privilegios y exigí nuevamente tener una solución a mi situación por el trato recibido. Situación que no ocurrió.

- la Fenêtre donne sur un couloir qui donne sur le patio, on n'a donc très peu d'intimité à moins de tout fermer.
- Il n'y a aucune isolation sonore et comme les autres clients de l'hotel étaient particulièrement bruyants, c'était très problématique. A partir de 7h30/ 8h du matin ça parle très fort et ça résonne énormément et le soir ceux qui rentre tard font aussi beaucoup de bruits. Bref, mauvaise isolation + aucun effort pour dire de client de respecter le sommeil des autres

Stanza piccola, con unica finestra che da nel corridoio interno dell'albergo, quindi, rumore di persone che camminano e parlano nel corridoio sin dalle 6,00 di mattino. Nella stanza di soffocava dal caldo

La chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur. Le petit déjeuner est très basique, mieux vaut le prendre à l’extérieur.

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have had.
When we arrived, we discovered that the room we were given had no windows and no air conditioning, and the door opened directly onto the hotel’s internal patio, which is constantly used by guests and staff. It was extremely noisy, with people walking by and reception staff talking loudly late into the night. Sleeping was very difficult.
The next problem came when I tried to take a shower. After waiting about five minutes there was still no hot water, so I asked at reception. I was told that I needed to leave the water running for 15–20 minutes before it would get hot. Besides being incredibly wasteful, it did not work at all. After waiting and letting the water run, there was still no hot water, so I had to take a cold shower. On top of that, the drains in both the shower and the sink barely worked, so the water would accumulate.
Things got even worse during the night. At around 2:00 AM someone started knocking on our door and trying to open it. About 10 minutes later they came back and tried again. This was very disturbing and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Needless to say, it was very hard to fall asleep again after that.
The next morning we went to the terrace for the “continental breakfast” we had reserved. What we received was honestly ridiculous: three pieces of very hard toast, a tiny packet of butter and jam for two people, some papaya, and black coffee. We were not even asked if we preferred tea instead of coffee, and we were not given water either. The breakfast was so poor that we had to leave and find another place to eat.
Finally, the room itself felt very humid, the bedsheets did not look properly clean, and one of the pillowcases even had a drop of blood on it.
Overall, the room felt poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and the service was extremely disappointing. With so many better options available, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
