Hotel Ciudadano Suites

Razoável, um hotel próximo ao terminal rodoviário já era de se esperar um quarto nao muito limpo. O chão do banheiro "pregava"... A colcha estava suja... A toalha de banho era fina de tanto usar! 😮‍💨

A very noisy room on the first floor on Goes street. As I talked to the receptionist I learned that they can not guarantee a room that does not look on Goes street I was told that it depended on availability and that I could not book a quieter room in advance. So as a whole, my stay was disappointing and frustrating because the traffic on Goes street never stops and the window panes are not efficient enough. I felt that the cars were my sleep companions and I woke up exhausted. Of course I booked a room there since my usual hotel was fully booked, however, you can never tell, I may sleep at the Cuidadanos once again if I really have no choice.

Hotel across from Tres Cruze Terminal. Great location.

Hotel centralizado, desloca fácil para todos os lados de Montevideo, em frente em o terminal de ônibus com bom shopping e supermercado 24 horas. O problema é não ter estacionamento. Mas deixei na rua praticamente todos os dias e apenas um no shopping.

its nice hotel actually its clean and its close to the bus terminal ... the front desk are not so smiley seems like they are not so welcoming hahaha but everything is good i hope they have water atleast its so important but they dont have it thats all

Hotel localizado no bairro Tres Cruces, que não é a localidade mais turística, embora perto do terminal rodoviário, de um grande shopping e hospitais. Não tem estacionamento, mas conseguimos parar na frente do hotel a noite. É um quarto moderno, mas muito escuro. Bons chuveiros e roupa de cama. Tivemos uma infelicidade que um dos quartos retornava um cheiro muito forte de ralo. Café da manhã bom, mas muitos itens industrializados (sucos e bolos, inclusive). Mas fizemos a reserva com urgência e fomos muito bem atendidos.

Extremely good service, both desk hotel representative made us felt very welcomed.
The room was very spacious and the location is perfect handy to shops, next to the main bus station for areas outside of Montevideo. We have dozen times and we will stay there again prior to flying back home

Hotel simples, limpo, quarto bom tamanho, café da manhã bem fraco. Não gostei que o checkout é às 11 horas.

Acessibilidade um pouco ruim para entrada no hotel, rampa muito íngreme. Dificuta acesso com bagagem

This hotel was modestly priced, but very comfortable. It is extremely close and convenient to shopping in the Tres Cruces mall, paid parking in the mall, and the bus station. It was very easy to catch an early morning Buquebus.

Needed this place for our overnight stop and rest before taking the final leg of our journey.
