Pros:

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff and close to some small shops.

Cons:

The pool was very small with few sun loungers, however it didn't seem to get too busy so wasn't a problem for us.

Pros:

ベンタイン市場や大聖堂、ホーチミン像などに徒歩圏内で立地が良かったです。
なによりどのスタッフさんも対応がとにかく良くフレンドリー。わかりやすい英語で支払いやサービスについても丁寧に説明してくれて助かりました。
朝はフロント併設のバーでコーヒーか紅茶のサービスもあり、毎朝アイスアメリカーノをいただきました。

A comfortable and well-located stay with friendly staff.
Pros:

The stay was comfortable and the staff were kind and welcoming. The location in the heart of District 1 was very convenient, with easy access to many attractions. We really enjoyed our time here.

Cons:

The TV in our room did not work during our stay.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - money grab

Very unhelpful staff contact

Cons:

I booked this hotel but due to the situation in the Middle East, I had to move/ cancel the booking. I asked in 24 hours before the stay, contacted the property to ask if we can move or cancel the booking… they declined multiple times stating that it’s their policy because of booking.com. What makes it worse is that the booking was accepted 3 minutes after my request was sent, clearly making this a money grabbing scam.

Booking.com customer service got involved on my behalf and asked the property to move/ cancel my booking but they were not replied to. I was asking to move it by any date in the next 6 months (asked to a week, month, 3months, 6 months…nothing accepted) with the possibility that I might have to cancel at a future date if I can not make the flight.

All in all terrible customer service.

Will be staying here again.
