部屋は無い No room for you Không có phòng của ban.
Pros:

到着したら受付係は部屋は無いと言った。私は受付に契約書を見せてすでにカードで料金を支払い済みだと言ったら受付は暫くしてから鍵を渡した。この受付はベトナム語しか話せない。このホテルは空室がありホテルはまだ客を募集しているのでグーグル翻訳でベトナム語の苦情を送った。すると受付は部屋がないことをエクスペディアに対して連絡済みであるなどと言った。全く最低のホテルであった。部屋は普通だが外の音楽がとても煩かった。
When we arrived the reception desk said that there was no room. I showed the contract to the reception and said that we already paid the fee with the card and the reception handed over the key from a while later. This receptionist can only speak Vietnamese. As this hotel has availability and the hotel is still looking for customers, we sent Vietnamese complaints in Google translation. Then the reception said that they had contacted Expedia that there was no room. It was absolutely the lowest hotel. The room was normal, but the outside music was very annoying.
Khi chúng tôi đến quầy tiếp tân, nói rằng không có chỗ. Tôi đã đưa ra hợp đồng cho buổi tiếp tân và nói rằng chúng tôi đã trả phí bằng thẻ và tiếp nhận bàn giao chìa khóa từ một lúc sau. Nhân viên tiếp tân này chỉ có thể nói tiếng Việt. Vì khách sạn này có sẵn và khách sạn vẫn đang tìm kiếm khách hàng, chúng tôi đã gửi khiếu nại bằng tiếng Việt trong bản dịch của Google. Sau đó, lễ tân nói rằng họ đã liên lạc với Expedia rằng không có chỗ. Nó hoàn toàn là khách sạn thấp nhất. Căn phòng rất bình thường, nhưng âm nhạc bên ngoài rất khó chịu.
