Nice place, owners are very kind! Breakfast is good and you can also rent bikes. But bring earplugs it get a bit loud at night.
Jeden z dwóch wynajętych pokoi był super, duży, z wygodnym łóżkiem. Lokalizacja w cichej uliczce, chociaż rano szczekają psy i pieją koguty, takie uroki wsi, trzeba brać pod uwagę. Miłe było to, że właściciel pozwolił nam zostawić u siebie bagaże w dzień wymeldowania aż do wieczora. Śniadanie było ok (jednego dnia były naleśniki, a drugiego zupa, codziennie kawa i herbata), ale nie polecam rezerwować z myślą o nim, w pobliżu jest sporo restauracji, gdzie można zjeść porządne śniadanie za nieduże pieniądze.
Wynajęliśmy dwa pokoje i o ile z jednym z nich wszystko było w porządku, to w drugim otwierało się tylko jedno małe okno, więc nie było możliwe porządne przewietrzenie pokoju i przez to mocno było w nim czuć zapach grzyba. Także loteria, na który pokój się trafi, bo oba były wynajmowane w tym samym standardzie, ale zdecydowanie nie prezentowały tego samego standardu.

Cosy and calm, away from the bars and tourist spots elsewhere in Tam Coc, but at the same time very conveniently located. The owner and his brother were very helpful and rented us well-maintained bikes for a small fee. Breakfast changed every day. This was really a great place, for a very reasonable price!

The bicycles at Eco House that we rented was good quality mountain bikes, so we were able to explore lesser travelled roads, which turned out to be great fun. Eco House is situated in an area where there are plenty of good bars, restaurants, massage parlours and coffee shops. Breakfast served in the garden was a nice bonus.
Great stay with a lovely host, comfy room, and great location.
There are cockerels nearby so I would recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

Good location (although not for the city)
The owners were so lovely and accommodating to our every need. We hired bikes for the day from them for a very good price, they let us park our scooter in the court yard. WiFi was very good. Lastly the bed was massive and very comfortable.
Our toilet smelled of sewage on day 1. By day two it subsided.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice and changed every day (first day: omelette with eggs; second day: pancakes with honey and banana). Quiet place, very clean and very cosy. Walking distance everywhere in Tam Coc.

The place is very nice, The bathroom is superb. The bed is very comfortable. The place has an ambiance for nature and relaxation both inside the room and outside. The host, Duc is the best, hands down, a perfect representation of what a host should be. It's a walk away from resto, cafe, store, and the river tour.
It is exactly as per the photos. It is managed by a sweet and very helpful man. Always friendly and going out of his way to help you. This is great if you are looking for clean and affordable overnight accommodation.

The couple was so sweet! It was so peaceful and the room was gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious 🤍 I paid a small fee for my laundry to be done and it came back smelling so good, thank you so much 🙏
