very good value for money, good service and good atmosphere, but bad mattress >> painful sleeping.
Pros:

the staff were friendly and very helpful despite my lack of Thai language skills
the check-in and check-out process was simple and quick
the room size was really good
there was a functioning elevator / lift (vital for me, have leg/feet mobility problems)

Cons:

the hotel is located in amongst various automotive businesses, noisy rough and not a nice 'neighbourhood',
nowhere nearby to walk around, no real cafes or restaurants nearby (all nearby 'shops' / businesses oriented to commercial vehicles
there was NO breakfast option or service == there are not even any 'vending machines' with foods or beverages
there was a small on-site 'restaurant' but it had been closed for a long time already !?
the king-size bed was nice size but its (foam-rubber) mattress was much too hard; I woke up repeatedly with sore back and hips and shoulders !

Lovely stay. Great location for watching the buffalo racing! Our only complaint is the the pillows were so huge they made our necks ache

Pros:

This is our second stay at this hotel and as before we were well looked after. The only issue we had was the very loud argument by some other guests at 4:40 am. Shouting and slamming several doors to make sure that every other guest heard the dispute and would be wide awake as a result. Not management's fault but annoying all the same.

The bed was hard. The furniture is old and tiered. The two towels were hard and paper thin, looked like they were 10 years old. Two packets of coffee, nothing else.

It's a cheap monthly rate room building with a few nightly rental rooms. Very hard bed. Cheap polyester duvet. No hand towels. Intermittent WiFi
