Локация супер. Но номер, питание, чистота - ужас.

Заселили на два часа позже, во время завтрака посуда была грязной, плохо моют посуду, завтраки скудные. В номере дверцы душевой не было - она была видимо сломана.

Прекрасный завтрак! Сервировка, обслуживание, разнообразие и качество продуктов - великолепно!
В номере очень чисто, постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные. Кондиционер, фен - все в наличии и работает. Расположение прекрасное - рядом метро, пешком можно дойти до Миланского собора и других мест. Красивый тихий район.

Good hotel for overnight
Pros:

Nice hotel - odd room. We had the triple room with the strangest loo and sink. The shower had a curtain which meant the water ran out over the floor. The loo has an odd design / spout so even with the lid down the water splashes out when flushed.
The room had great space.

Cons:

The odd shower/loo/sink combo.
It’s an accessible room … not sure how you’d get a wheelchair or wheelchair user up to the room or to the room.

Nice and friendly hotel with a B&B feel that is conveniently located and decently priced.
Pros:

It’s in a great location, the staff is very friendly and attentive and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Cons:

The area is quite busy with restaurant and nearby avenues, so there’s quite a bit of noise at night.

Cons:

Although the hotel room was supposed to be smoking free I was disturbed by a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. It turned out that the receptionist was smoking inside. In the night, I went to the reception complaining about the smell of cigarette smoke that suddenly was in the room. The receptionist acted as if he doesn't understand English. When I insisted and mentioned the Italian words of fumo di sigarette, he said that it is cold outside and therefore he smoked inside. He asked me to act as if I did not smell it and not to mention it. He was also under the influence of alcohol. Unpleasant experience.
