Wie immer, die zentrale Lage und der Ausblick auf den Marktplatz. Das Frühstück war gut, vom Frühstücksraum hat man einen noch tolleren Ausblick.

Cons:

Die Abhängigkeit vom Internet. Man muss sich d. Schlüsselkarte draußen vor dem Eingang ausdrucken lassen - alles per Smartphone. Die Rezeption ist nur morgens während der Frühstückszeit besetzt, das Personal ist dann zwar sehr freundlich. Doch wenn man im Laufe des Tages ein Problem hat, z. B. TV-Anschluss oder d. Unterstellen des Koffers, müsste man umständlich telefonieren. Außerdem fehlte ein Kühlschrank

Die Lage war super

Cons:

Technik bzw. Fernsehempfang hat nicht funktioniert. Hauswart am Wochenende nicht erreichbar.
Leider ist das gute Personal für Bäckerei und Rezeption verantwortlich, nur um Kosten zu sparen......Check in Automat funktioniert nicht.....keine Kartenausgabe....ganze Technik im Haus ist Katastrophe.....

Gostei muito da localização e da vista do nosso quarto. O café da manhã era excelente, com muitas coisas gostosas! Gostei muito das músicas que tocavam no local do café da manhã.

Cons:

O hotel está em reforma e tinha muito barulho. Entendo que não tem como fazer reforma sem barulho, mas incomodou um pouco... A entrada do hotel não é bonita. Espero que melhorem com a reforma!

Het was -alleen gekeken naar locatie en luxe van hotel -een prima verhouding prijs prestatie . Echter het inchecken buiten op straat aan een terminal is waardeloos, geen enkele privacy, iedereen kan zo meekijken wat ik invul voor het inchecken. Onplezierig. Daarnaast werd het hotel verbouwd zodat we 's ochtends om 8 uur gewekt werden door een boormachine !

Cons:

Inchecken kan beter (bv binnen), beter om te vermelden dat er enig geluidsoverlast kan zijn. Het is ze zeker bekend want er lagen oordopjes klaar op de kamer.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist absolut zentral. U- Bahn Stationen von dort sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück schön liebevoll angerichtet, sowie der Frühstücksraum mit der tollen Aussicht auf den Marktplatz. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten.

Fantàstic. Un allotjament per tenir en compte si has d'allotjar-te a Karlsruhe.
Pros:

Estic fent el comentari basat en la meva estada al Cinema City Hotel, on ens vam allotjar, ja que l'Hotel Am Markt estava tancat. Tot perfecte, l'arribada, la recepció, l'habitació, el descans, l'esmorzar.

Vam arribar més tard del que esperàvem i ens van trucar des de recepció per veure si tot anava bé. Una vegada a l'hotel el noi de recepció va ser molt amable i servicial i ens va indicar un parell de llocs on anar a menjar.

L'hotel és molt cèntric.
