Beautiful hotel and excellent location but most of all the fantastic staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.
There was nothing we did not like.
Отель достаточно новый, следов износа не видно, номер обычный, относительно не большой, от состеднего дам примерно 5 м, так что вида из окна нет. Основная особенность - до фонтана Треви - 30 м, место очень шумное, но в номере (у нас был 2-й этиж ничегоне слышно). НОмер чисты, белье свежее, не изношенное, кондиционер работал хорошо (на улице было + 35). Посетили ресторан, очень достоное меню и прекрасное исполнение, достойный выбор вин по вполне адекватной цене. Ужин на двих с бутылкой вина обошелся в 104 Евро, что раза в два дешевле, чем, например, в Форте-дей-Марми. Отдельно спасибо службе Рисепшн. Мы приехали из Тосканы на машине, а отель расположен в пешеходной зоне, даже такие туда не заехать... Мы остановились в 250 м от отеля. У нас собой было 7 чемоданов, 3 из которых весили за 30 кг... Сотрудник рисешн взял с собой одного помошника и они вдвоем тащили по вымощенной камнем мостовой около фонтана Треви более 250 м через толпу людей. Это было невероятно, спасибо им за помощь! На обратном пути мы заказали такси, которое смогло подъехать к отелю на расстояние 30-40м.
Только одно - к отелю невозможно подъехать на машине или такси и разгрузить багаж из-за пешеходной зоны... НО такова цена жизни в 30 м от фонтана Треви.

Very nice to have an apartment with its own entrance . Very quiet for central Rome.
Difficult to get our luggage to the hotel. We were going on a cruise so had large cases with us. That’s all.

Location, facilities, staff all were great. As a wheelchair user, they have a ramp to get up the two steps to my room. Our room (209) had two bathrooms – one fully wheelchair adapted.
Many fine restaurants and gelato shops nearby :)
For some people, they might not like the location as it was rather busy, being less than a block from Trevi fountain.
Staff was great and very attentive. Very nice offering of breakfast options, in addition to the buffet you had ala cart options. We had lunch there 2x and was excellent as well.

the location was really good.
we were put into an annex to the hotel which was awful. we were only told about this after paying. it was extremely dark, dirty and more like a cave than a room.

The location was perfect. Loved having Trevi fountain as our nextdoor neighbor. Walking out to such a beautiful sight everyday was truly amazing. Yes, it was a busy area but not anything that couldn't be maneuvered. My mother is older and we took a taxi almost every night and the taxi drivers still dropped us out front, quite the experience going through tiny streets full of people in an Italian taxi!!
Also the staff were fantastic! Helpful and sweet always. From the doorman to the front desk everyone was very accommodating. The whole hotel was extremely clean and modern as well. Our room was spacious and even being on a busy street, it was very quiet.
Honestly loved everything. The people, the location, and amenities. Breakfast buffet was included and was very good as well. The food good have been alittle better, but at this point I'm splitting hairs.
