we liked this place a lot, it was good for our needs
Pros:

it's a very nice small hotel right in the old city. we stayed in a very big room for family with few kids, it included also small kitchen and sitting area.
the place is decorated with good taste. the breakfast is good.

Cons:

a bit hard to get with car to the place and park, but the owners helped us with it.
all in all it's a good place, few minor things we noticed: the shower in our room is built in a way that much of the water just flows on the floor

Pros:

Прекрасный отель с душевным персоналом, ни в одной стране мира нас не спрашивали: «что вам приготовить на завтрак?»
А это уже говорит о многом!
Аутентичный дворик, расположение очень удобное, что бы пешком пройти все исторические и значимые места. Удобно и уезжать на экскурсии с площади Мейдан!
Удобно вечерком прийти с серных бань и лечь отдохнуть. Если вы хотите без суеты насладиться городом Тбилиси, то вам нужно поселиться именно тут ❤️

העיצוב של החללים הציבוריים כמו הכניסה והטרסה מאוד יפה ואומנותי. נוף יפיפיה מהטרסה . המיקום בעיר העתיקה מצוין, במרחק הליכה מכל אטרקציה מרכזית בעיר. חדר גדול ומרווח, כולל מטבחון וסלון.

Cons:

חדר לא מתוחזק כראוי כמו למשל ספה שבורה, שולחן מתנדנד, נראה מוזנח, לא הכי נקי. הזמנו חדר ל-5 , אך היו רק 4 מיטות בחדר, ולא יכלנו להשתמש בספה שהיה כאמור שבורה, כך שאחד הילדים ישן איתנו במיטה .

Pros:

Мы останавливались в этом отеле в Грузии и остались в полном восторге! ⭐⭐⭐ Несмотря на то, что это трёхзвёздочный отель, он превзошёл все наши ожидания и даже оказался лучше пятизвёздочного, в котором мы жили до этого в центре города.

Прежде всего хочется отметить необычный интерьер: повсюду росписи, образы Фриды, особая атмосфера искусства и уюта. Отель небольшой, камерный, но именно в этом его очарование: чувствуешь себя как дома. Внутренний дворик с верандой и уютным кафе на крыше создают очень тёплую, светлую атмосферу.

Мы жили в просторном четырёхместном номере вдвоём — и это было невероятно комфортно. Огромная комната с большими окнами, шикарным видом и чувством простора. Честно говоря, такой номер в трёхзвёздочном отеле стал для нас настоящим открытием!

Особую благодарность хочется выразить персоналу. Все сотрудники очень приветливые, дружелюбные, говорят на русском языке, интересуются гостями, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать, куда стоит сходить, что посмотреть. Это создаёт ощущение настоящего грузинского гостеприимства.

Отдельный плюс — вкусные блинчики, которые можно заказать в любое время, если вдруг не успели поесть. На завтраки мы не попадали, поэтому о них ничего сказать не можем, но впечатления от кухни остались самые приятные.

В целом атмосфера отеля очень тёплая и дружелюбная. Здесь действительно хочется задержаться дольше, чем планировал. Мы точно будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и сами с удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова!

Месторасположение отличное. Персонал отличный очень доброжелательный. Завтрак скромный по количеству блюд но вкусный. виды красивые.

Cons:

В номере минимум удобств. он на самой крыше и высоким людям очень неудобно очень низкий потолок. нет спинок у кровати тоже неудобно (кровать нельзя пододвинуть к стене там уже потолок).

Хороший уютный отель. Администраторы очень радушные, помогли, все рассказали. На 2 дня уезжали в Батуми, но чемодан тащить не хотелось. Попросила оставить его в отеле до нашего возвращения (не в номере, т.к. у нас было повторное заселение), помогли с этой просьбой.
Вид на город открывается классный, вечером очень приятно на веранде посидеть. Но будьте готовы что подниматься к отелю тяжело. т.к. Находится на вершине старого города.

В описании номера указан телевизор, но его нет.
