Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Multiple reviews explicitly mention the hotel as very clean, modern and well-maintained ("sehr sauberes und modernes Hotel", "sauber").
Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly described as very friendly, supportive and helpful (able to fulfill requests, assist with bike rental, family-run with heart), though one note about breakfast service being a bit informal.
Location
9.6
Location praised as close to the sea, quiet and ideal for walks and cycling; often mentioned as a strong positive.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms described as cozy, nicely furnished and comfortable with balconies; isolated negative reports include a room fridge that did not cool and a wish for small amenities (body lotion).
Amenities
8
Good amenities noted (sauna, relaxation room, yoga space, restaurant, bike rental) but some downsides: no full-time open cafe/bar, minor missing toiletry items, and breakfast configuration requirements.
Value for Money
8
Generally positive overall, but at least one review explicitly criticises dinner prices and a static evening menu across a week, lowering perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Breakfast and restaurant receive strong praise (fresh, regional selection, very good breakfast concept, excellent restaurant). Minor negatives: pre-order breakfast requirement and one mention of limited müsli-only buffet.
Overall Experience
9.6
Multiple glowing summaries ('would come again', 'wunderschöner Aufenthalt', 'Erholung pur') indicate a very positive overall guest experience.
