An outstanding hotel with exceptional service! we can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything while still being peaceful and relaxing. The spa and all the hotel facilities were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable.

What truly made our experience outstanding was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to the receptionists, who were always helpful and attentive, and to the kitchen manager and everyone serving breakfast for their kindness and excellent service. We would especially like to congratulate and thank the gentleman who organized and managed the breakfast area every morning. He was exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and took wonderful care of us, making every breakfast a pleasure. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality deserve special recognition.
We cannot wait to come back as soon as possible.

The only one point i deducted is both the wellness center， swim pool access are too expensive （ 50 euro/each）， 玩儿didn't use them！

Bazen. Lep, čist. Na voljo čaj, voda, oreščki, udobni ležalniki

Treba pa je reči, da je bila umetnost najti prava vrata - vse v črnem, z minimalno osvetlitvijo, brez napisa ali znaka. Pa smo odpirali po vrsti, dokler nismo našli pravih vrat. No, naslednji dan smo že vedeli ;).

Cons:

Odnos na recepciji: mini bar hladilnik ni delal in niso ga popravili ali zamenjali. Dejali, da seveda ne dela, ko ni v reži kartice. Že to je nenavadno, saj si človek po pohodu zaželi mrzle pijače. Recepcionistka je pojasnila, da je to zaradi varčevanje z el. energijo. Varčevali pa niso, ko so vso noč na balkonu gorele svetilke (vsi balkoni na hotelu), zato je bilo nujno navleči težke zavese, ki pa so nato preprečevale zračenje ob odprtem oknu. No seveda mini bar ni delal, ne glede na vstavljeno kartico ali ne.

Med zajtrkom so zaposleni pretirano hiteli pospravljati, nenehno švigalei mimo mize, dajali vtis nekakšne nuje.
V kopalnici ni bilo niti ene kljuke za brisače in odložilnega pladnja za milo, ki se je tako vedno prilepilo na pult.

Das Frühstück war ok.
Skiraum zum Abstellen unsere Fahrräder war gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, auch das Bad war nicht sehr groß.
Was uns am meisten gestört hat, war der nicht vorhandene Waschservice für unsere Radklamotten. Wir waren auf einer MTB-Rundtour und wollten unsere Sachen waschen. Was auf einem Alpencross vor 2 Jahren in Hotels und sogar Pensionen kein Problem war, stellte sich hier als unlösbares Thema heraus. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage, ob das Hotel nicht nicht einfach unsere 4 T-Shirts und 2 Unterhosen waschen könne, wurden wir auf einen Waschsalon 5 Minuten entfernt vom Hotel verwiesen.
Der Wellnessbereich, der 30 € pro Person extra pro Tag kostete, entpuppte sich als relativ kleiner Schwimmbadbereich mit einer finnischen Sauna und einem Dampfbad. Der Bereich an sich war schön und neu, aber ziemlich klein (10 Liegen) und im Keller und sehr warm.
Das Hotel bot ein Abendmenü an. Am ersten Abend gab es als Hauptgericht entweder mediterrane Tintenfischringe oder Burger. Bei einem Menupreis von 50 € pro Person sind wir lieber 10 Minuten in eine Pizzaria gelaufen.
Aus unsere Sicht sind 266 € pro Nacht für das Zimmer und den gebotenen Service nicht angemessen. Das Treppenhaus war nicht renoviert. Auf dem Balkon gab es nur einen Stuhl.
Fazit: Gewollt, aber nicht gekonnt
