We survived!
Pros:

Quiet, easy to get to.

Cons:

For the price we paid, it should be a better kept hotel. Dingy and needs remodeled although the sign by the road plainly says “newly remodeled rooms”. The room we had smelled bad, ac wasn’t on when we got there so it was hot, looked like the floor had a bad case of termites ahold of it, not to mention the years of filth built up in the corners of the floor in the bathroom. Toilet rocked back and forth.

Bed was so uncomfortable.
Light switches are broken.
Dirty rug.
Dirty walls.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Towels are old and over-washed.

Needs some up keep on the room, but met the needs of my stay.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and clean. Location was perfect only 5 minutes away from meeting place.

Cons:

Hair in shower drain, plug hanging out of the wall.

We stayed due to the limited availability of rooms in this small town.
Pros:

We asked for early check in due to an early even time and they were accommodating.
