Cons:

Wifi connectivity was extremely poor. Staff although very helpful could not resolve the issue. Even moving to another room fixed the problem. I needed up working in the Restaurant and foyer. It will definitely be a deal breaker for booking my future stays in Bangkok. Staff did their best but ultimately it's unlikely I will stay here again unless wifi can be guaranteed. I will be in Bangkok again 14 April 2026. Change my mind if you can?

very nice, pleasant stay
Pros:

all good. excellent and comfy stay. Will definitely be back. the staff, the facilities all in excellent condition. worth the money. recommend to tourist.

Cons:

a little bit outskirt from central but great connection with public transport. the room can be improved with better shower gel and shampoo but that is small matter only
