The location was not convenient for me, as I wanted to be close to the airport. I had the impression that this was the case.

Cons:

Communication was a challenge as the receptionist did not speak English, which made the check-in process difficult. Improving language accessibility would greatly enhance the experience for international guests

월미도 내에 있어서 아이를 데리고 뽀로로파크에 가기 좋았고 주차 공간이 많았던 부분은 좋았지만 그 외 다른 부분은
기대보다 전부 떨어져서 만족도가 떨어지는 호텔이었어요.

Cons:

아쉬웠던 점 느낀대로 하나하나 다 얘기해볼게요. 엘리베이터 앞 나무 복도는 오래되었는지 삐걱대는 소리가 너무 컸으며, 국내외 다른 호텔들과 다르게 발 수건 얼굴 수건 구분 없이 한 종류로만 제공된 점이 위생적으로도 별로였어요. 직원 분들은 불친절하진 않았지만 그렇다고 서비스업에 맞는 부드럽고 편한 느낌과 서비스는 아니였네요. 겉에서 보이는 건물 외관과 숙소 규모 대비 전체적인 서비스와 시설 면에서 많이 떨어지는 편이였구요. 호텔이라기보다 호텔에 가까운 모텔 느낌을 느꼈네요. 결정적으로 숙박 요금에 관한 부분에서 '사기'를 당한 부분이 있었네요. 이 부분은 부킹닷컴측에 분명히 짚고 넘어갈 생각입니다. 해월관광호텔 마운틴 트윈룸에 어른2 아이1(만2세 현 30개월) 묵었습니다. 부킹닷컴으로 당시 예약 하였을 때 아이 나이를 만 2세로 정확하게 설정해서 예약하였고, 만 2세는 추가요금 없이 숙박이 가능하다는 안내를 예약 페이지에서 확인하였는데도 숙소에 도착했을 때 아이 1명에 대한 추가 요금 1만원을 징수하였습니다. 이에 대해 호텔측에 설명을 하니 만2세는 24개월까지라고 하면서 30개월 아기는 추가 요금을 내야 된다고 설명하였습니다. 분명히 추가 요금 없이 숙박이 가능하다고 안내 받아서 예약을 한건데 말장난처럼 아기 개월 수를 따지고 들면서 요금을 받아낸 상황에서 사기 당한 기분까지 들었습니다. 만 2세는 건 법적으로 공식적으로 24개월까지가 아니라 만 3세 생일 되기 전날까지를 만 2세라고 하는건데 호텔 측의 대응에 너무 실망하였고 생각한 요금보다 더 지불하게 되어 돈이 너무 아깝다는 생각이 들었네요. 당연히 가성비도 전혀 느낄 수 없었구요. 전체적으로 가격 대비 너무 실망하였고 형편이 없는 호텔이며 이 후기를 보며 많은 분들이 참고하셨으면 좋겠습니다.

Pros:

部屋が広くてロケーションも良かったです。口コミが賛否両論あって不安でしたが、部屋は広くて清潔でした。徒歩圏内に飲食店も多くコンビニもありました。子供が韓国アニメのポロロとタヨが好きなのでこちらのテーマパークに徒歩圏内で行けるホテルにしました。テーマパーク迄は徒歩5分位でとても楽しめました。
