Pros:

Staff service was excellent. Free ice cream and drinks at reception. Wide selection of skin care and hair hair products in the room. Microwave and fridge. Family mart across the road.

The step in the room can be a tripping hazard.

Don't let the love paraphernalia scare you away from a super deal
Pros:

So close to the Awa Odori festival, surprisingly large room (with sitting area), and very inexpensive!

Cons:

Taxi drivers struggle to find the location, as it's not in any way a common family hotel. Love hotels have a huge stigma. Even the front desk has a full screen so that the clerk will never need to make their face known.

Pros:

スタッフの接客が良く、室内も広くて清潔で大満足でした・・・ですが夜中に他の部屋を掃除する音で起きてしまい寝れなかったので、さらに広くて快適な別の部屋に移動させてもらいました。

Location at the edge of restaurant district. Full of good food within walking distance.

Cons:

Usage of room over multiple days, you have to check out for the day and check in at 1800 for each day of reservations. Suggest to increase the price for each day of reservations and avoid such hassle. Osaka's love hotels do that.

以前から何度か利用しています　新型コロナの事も有り通常営業しているか心配だったのでホテルズドットコム経由で予約しました　結論から言いますと普通に訪れて利用するよりも割高で部屋も選べず繁盛期以外はホテルズドットコム経由で予約する方が損な様です
