Vai in hotel e pare che ti fanno un favore nonostante hai pagato

Purtroppo il servizio al pubblico è molto carente, vorrei fare una segnalazione a tal proposito, ho anche chiesto in segreteria un adeguamento del prezzo per i disservizi e mi è stato risposto che non era lui che poteva decidere, che non si è mai lamentato nessuno, e le carenze dell' hotel verso il cliente non sono importanti perché loro hanno da pensare al ristorante che è sotto, sulla Smart tv non funzionante sono cambiate 4 versioni da quando sono arrivata a sera, alla fine ho usato il mio pc con la mia connessione, ed era una superior da 100€ a notte, 60€ erano sufficienti. Estremamente insoddisfatta del menefreghismo verso il cliente, altro che hotel, neanche in una pensione. Inadeguatezza verso il cliente, chiedo il rimborso di una parte dei miei soldi, adeguando il prezzo al tipo di servizio

Arrivo in hotel a pranzo e trovo tutto spento senza nessuno in segreteria tranne un cartello che avvisa di scendere, segnalo che sono arrivata e attendo alla fine una ventina di minuti per poter finalmente mettermi a mio agio e posare la mia borsa, e neanche chiedono scusa, la versione sulla Smart tv senza linea è cambiata 4 volte in un giorno. Non mi sembra un comportamento serio

La semplicità e la cura nei dettagli

Semplice ma curato, mi é piaciuto il concetto di questo hotel è molto accogliente c’è anche una bellissima area relax… la stanza semplice ma curata… minibar, tv, bagno con tutti gli accessori anche la lametta per la barba compresa di schiuma! Per non parlare della colazione di tutto! Bravi torneró sicuramente

La mezza pensione, la cena offerta è ottima ma la carne era veramente dura e avvolte forse é meglio non far uscire dalla cucina certe pietanze ma é proprio l unica vosa che é capitata! Ripresa il giorno dopo con un bellissimo antipasto che non sono nemmeno riuscito a finire veramente buono é abbondante!
