We were woken up at before 6am with construction outside our window. Not the hotels fault but we could not sleep.
The breakfast was convenient and offered a lot of variety. The location was central and worked well for siteseeing. There were a lot of activities and restaurants in the area around the hotel. It wasn't too far to taxi stand when arriving to and leaving from hotel with luggage as road in front of hotel was closed to most vehicles.
It was a good stay. Lisbon is a bustling city.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones tienen un excelente tamaño, con baños muy espaciosos
la ubicacion del bufete cercano al lobby, hace que el olor a comida llegue hasta el ascensor
Wonderful location, easy to walk everywhere - from sightseeing to shopping to restaurants. Entertainment in lounge area was outstanding; Marianna is a gifted and engaging singer and her accompanist on the percussion was excellent.
Elinor at the front desk was particularly helpful in engaging staff help for a locked luggage issue and provided excellent dining recommendations.
We loved it all.

La ubicacion del hotel excelente, aunque lo unico negativo es que ciertos taxis no podian ingresar para dejarnos en la puerta del hotel
El lugar del bufete del desayuno podria ser reubicado para evitar que el ascensor del lobby tenga olor a comida.
The staff, location and amenities were all wonderful. Best was the staff - all so cheerful and helpful and proactive. Really appreciated all their quick support! Location is great but it's important to note that only their own registered cars can go to their front door as it's a bike & tram lane only, but the uber or taxi can drop you off one side block over or you can go up to the Place do Figueroa to hail one. Breakfast was simple but covered what you want with an omelet station.
There were two of us (adult mother & daughter) so two sofa chairs would have been nice. Washcloths would be great too (there were only hand & bath towels).
