Buena opción en Madrid
Pros:

Estuvimos en el departamento de 2 habitaciones/2 baños. Muy cómodo y luminoso. Situado en una calle tranquila pero supermercado y bares a pasos. Dos estaciones de subte a 5’.

Pros:

The apartment is in a great location. It's roomy and well equipped. It's easy to access the bus/metra and is very quiet at night. There is a receptionist on duty 24 by 7 in the lobby. not only can you get help at any time but also you feel safe.

Cons:

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 nights. There were only 4 coffee capsules provided. Reasonable supply will improve guest convenience.

Great location and outdoor space. Just a few kitchen tweaks needed.
Pros:

Three of us stayed here and, overall, it was a very pleasant base for exploring Madrid—with a few small quirks worth mentioning.
The highlights:
The location is outstanding. Being so close to Plaza España made it incredibly easy to get around, whether on foot or by metro. It’s one of those spots where you step outside and immediately feel like you’re in the middle of the city.
The apartment itself is quite spacious, which we appreciated as a group of three adults. The large deck was another big plus—great for relaxing after a long day of walking through Madrid. The place was also impressively quiet for such a central location.
The beds were comfortable, and both bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms was a real luxury and made mornings much easier. The showers were also excellent.

Cons:

A few things to note:
The beds are comfortable but very responsive to movement—if your partner rolls over, you’ll know about it. Light sleepers may notice this.
The kitchen setup is fairly minimal. There were no paper towels and no microwave, which isn’t a dealbreaker but did feel a bit unusual for a rental of this size and quality.
Overall:
Great location, spacious layout, nice outdoor space, and the convenience of en-suite bathrooms make this a strong option for anyone visiting Madrid. With just a couple of small kitchen additions, it would be close to perfect.

A great and centrally located property to stay in.
Pros:

It is a beautiful apartment. Very essentially located to everything. Easy to get to. A large park right outside with a wonderful view of the city. Wonderful staff. The beds were comfortable. There’s enough items in the kitchen so you could cook a basic breakfast. I highly recommend staying here. I read a lot of reviews before booking a property and you never know what you’re going to get but this one was a wonderful stay.
