Colazione ordinaria; inconveniente della radio ad alto volume che “gracchiava” passando da una stazione ad un’altra che rendeva fastidioso il momento della colazione.

Pros:

Out of the way location, but that was to be expected. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Dinner options were very mediocre. Large facility but not very inviting. Staff was accommodating but not overly friendly (in all fairness, I would attribute that to the language barrier).

Pros:

This is our go to hotel when visiting family cause Elia Hotel makes us feel a part of their family!
Warm hospitality; inviting, comfortable and spotless rooms and convenience of the location to explore many of the neighbouring towns and immerse yourself into the culture.

Magnificent property and views, breakfast to start the day; top notch dining if you get a chance to attend any of their receptions…this is where you want to stay.

Beautiful place. Building is old and the rooms were dated, but it was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Super hotel in a great location - very nice sized rooms, great views of the mountains - really friendly staff, nice food and good service.
Bed was v comfortable, room was very clean and the air con was a must in the very hot temperature.

Perfect Place to Stay
Pros:

We stayed at Elia Hotel for five days. When I say we, I mean 37 of us. The staff was excellent at taking care of all of us, especially during the morning and evening hours when there would be large groups of us. The rooms were clean and the hotel was truly beautiful. A large wedding took place while we were there and the staff handled everybody and everything perfectly. Can’t say enough about the Elia Hotel

Pros:

Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. The whole hotel looks old. Most areas need to be refurbished.
