立地はなかなか便利なところです。1区よりローカル感はありますが、バスも多く、アクセスはまぁまぁいいです。水回りがベトナムの基準では綺麗な方でした。

テト期間中で街中がうるさい時期でした。少し音が気になる感じはあったのは認めます。窓なし部屋があるので、予約時はご注意ください。
