Pros:

立地はなかなか便利なところです。1区よりローカル感はありますが、バスも多く、アクセスはまぁまぁいいです。水回りがベトナムの基準では綺麗な方でした。

Cons:

テト期間中で街中がうるさい時期でした。少し音が気になる感じはあったのは認めます。窓なし部屋があるので、予約時はご注意ください。

The staff were kind and responded to things that needed fixing in the room. It was very quiet and I was able to sleep well

Cons:

My room.had no window!! In a fire, I'd be dead for sure.
I also did not like that I was asked to pay for the room as I was leaving. It was 4:30 am and I needed to book a taxi to the airport in a hurry. Because payment did not occur upon arrival to assumed it occurred through booking.com, so then I had to, in a panic, go through my credit card to see if I had paid or not . Better to get payment done right at the start!!

If you need to be close to the bus station
Pros:

- the hotel is close to the bus station
- the staff was nice, they agreed to give us another room once we saw a cockroach in the first one

Pros:

There's a number 1 bus outside. You can get to the center easily for 25 cents a ride. Buses run every 15 mins. Perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. They look after your luggage if you want to leave dome and come back. Free sevice.🥰

Pros:

I like the staff, were helpful, responsive, bed was comfortable, however the room had no window, and many dusts on the floor and on lights were there, location was good close to many shops and cafes, far from center, there were many sockets to use. cable TV available and AC was cold enough.

Cons:

there was a leakage of water in the toilet dropping from the roof, the lights were not all working and not comfortable, there was no hot water so much when taking shower
