Guest Reviews
Camere pulitissime, curato nei minimi dettagli. Personale molto gentile. Letti e cuscini confortevoli e buona insonorizzazione.
This is my 3rd stay here. It's an Amazing hotel. The staff is Amazing & helpful. It's a great location. Wine & food are great. It's very safe.
I live th back garden area. Very beautiful & serene. I will stay every year.
Location, welcome and tips from reception. Comfy bedroom and internal garden. Ease and location of parking despite public it was excellent
Handy location and had a lovely restaurant . Receptionist was so helpful with all our queries and went above and beyond to help us. Restaurant team lovely and food and wines great
Nothing all very good
Lovely room with very cumfy bed. The room was a little small but ok for a few days. Had a bottle of complementary wine as it was our anniversary which was a lovely surprise.
Perfect location and quiet as the street is pedestrianised.
Breakfast wasn’t great, not much hot food options.
Great location close to much of the action and metro stop, yet room was surprisingly quiet.
The location was fabulous, service check in by your team, very good. The room was exceptional, well sized and attention to detail was first class, will definitely be returning next year. Great wine selection and lovely to have a drink out in the street. I didn't eat at the restaurant but only because I had prior commitments. I had a room facing the secret courtyard, very quiet.
Nothing really - Would have been good to be shown my room with my luggage on check in - but seriously, this is only a minor issue so wasn't worried.
Fantastic location, central for all major attractions.
The staff are truly outstanding, friendly and welcoming.
We will definitely stay there again.
Thank you 🙏

Helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Close to so much. Excellent wine and port tasting. Knowledgeable waiter!
Room was a little small but typical for Europe.
