Moist smell from old pipes, smaller rooms than advertised, no courtesy botttle water
Pros:

Clean hotel,
Attentive receptionist
8 minutes walk to the Zocalo

Cons:

The horrid moist smell in most rooms , it comes from the pipes.
The room is much smaller than advertised.
They dont give courtesy bottled water, that is stingy.

buen lugar si vas sin automóvil el estacionamiento no lo recomiendo-

La verdad es que un un excelente hotel pequeño pero bastante cómodo sobre todo si vas por unos dias a puebla esta muy cerca del centro y comercios,

Cons:

el estacionamiento tienes que llevar personalmente tu auto al estacionamiento de nombre ALLES y regresar al hotel pero no más lamentable del estacionamiento es que me golpearon el auto y me rodaron un accesorio de mi coche. por la hora de mi salida que fue a las 5:30 am solo se encontraba el vigilante. lo reporte al hotel pero solo recibió una disculpa y tengo que correr con los gastos de la reparación.

Cuarto con olor a baño

La ubicación, el hotel está a unas cuadras del zócalo de puebla y enfrente hay un minisuper.

Cons:

La persona que nos atendió cuando llegamos en la noche fue grosera y poco servicial. Nos dieron un cuarto que apestaba a baño horrible, intolerable el olor. Cuando pedimos cambio a la señorita nos decía que había pasado mucho tiempo y que ya no podía cambiar (pasaron 20 minutos en lo que avisamos). Al final sí cambiaron la habitación y la otra estuvo bien. El personal del siguiente super amable, tanto la recepcionista como el señor del valet parking.
