Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Generally praised as clean in many reviews ("very clean", "clean !!"), but a few reports of mold/mildew in a shower and isolated cleanliness issues reduce the score slightly.
Service
10
Staff repeatedly described as very friendly, helpful and professional (including an "exceptionally polite" check-in), with prompt responses to issues—overall service is a major positive in the reviews.
Location
9.2
Multiple guests called the location convenient with nearby restaurants and good for work; a few noted it is tucked off the road or tricky for GPS, but convenience dominates the sentiment.
Room Quality
7.2
Rooms described as comfortable and bright by many, but several issues noted (no table/limited seating for two, very cold/unregulated temperatures, slow-draining tub, wrong bed configuration, occasional mold) lower this score.
Amenities
9.6
Fitness area, bright lobby and generally available amenities were praised; breakfast and ice machine availability had occasional problems (empty ice machines, items out), but amenities overall are strong.
Value for Money
7
Several complaints about unexpected charges and price concerns (including a $25 unexplained charge and comments about price) reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast is frequently described as good to great, though a few guests reported items were out or the breakfast quality was only fair on occasion.
Overall Experience
8.6
Most stays were described as pleasant with clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast; isolated operational or room issues make the overall experience a solidly positive but not perfect stay.

It was ok.
Cons:

A table in the room would have been nice. Two people staying in a room , not one chair in a corner another desk chair with no place to put food or split work space.
