Quartos muito apertados e localização

Terrible location , homeless on benches outside no luggage cart it was a food cart The rooms are terrible you would need to jump over each other to get out of bed Not enough outlets we had to move to a different hotel we have CPAP AMD they could not accommodate it and would not refund our money

Sem água no quarto, sem chaleira ou cafeteira para preparar bebidas quentes. Cheio de tecnologias inúteis envolvendo controle de luzes coloridas sendo que nem usar o Netflix na televisão eu consegui (os streamings só funcionam através de compartilhamento pelo celular, não tem o aplicativo na TV, e o compartilhamento deu erro na minha TV). A área do hotel é bem próxima de muitas coisas legais no Soho, mas é uma região de NY que está bem degradada, muito lixo nas ruas, pessoas em situação de rua, a área parece perigosa pela noite.

I don't mind so much, and personally I never had a bad experience, but right outside the hotel is a shelter for homeless, with people in obvious need often hanging around the area close to the entrance. This may give visitors an uncomfortable feeling. It would be great if CitizenM could initiate or contribute to some kind of project to help these people. I am happy to donate on every next visit.

We didn’t like that is was far far away from Scotland.
Nothing to say negatively about this hotel.

Small Room

I had called ahead to advise the hotel of a late arrival to avoid my room being canceled. I was told it was noted. When my daughter and I arrived to the hotel at 12:30am, we were advised that the hotel had been overbooked and that they were trying to find us a room at another hotel. We sat at the hotel for 3 hours. Ultimately (as suggested by another guest in the same situation) I called other Marriot properties myself and found a room. I do not blame the employees for this issue but rather the hotel policy. The only contingency plan in place is to call other properties randomly to see if they can fit you in. This is a ridiculous situation to put a guest in especially after a lng day of travel! I would not suggest this hotel for that reason.
Additionally, there are a lot of drug users passed out or sleeping in the court yard of the property. There was security so I did not feel unsafe but Marriot should try some type of intervention to help the community around them!

The size of the rooms was really small.

Hotel possui uma quantidade enorme de drogados na frente dele. Existe próximo um abrigo de dormitório de moradores de rua próximo e fica muita gente usando drogas logo na frente dele cheiro chega a ser horrível. Apesar deles indicarem 2 garagens para estacionar seu carro, as duas funcionam apenas até as 22 horas. ou seja Chegamos após e o hotel não pode fazer nada encontramos outro estacionamento de 24 horas sozinhos. Deveria informar no e-mail que recebemos que os estacionamentos indicados pelo hotel não funcionam 24 horas.
