Meget træls ankomst og ekstrem dårlig information og kommunikation.

Morgenmaden og kaffen var super lækker.

Cons:

Vores fly blev aflyst hvilket forsinkende os et døgn. Selvom vi skrev til hotellet og lod dem vide at vi nu ankom et døgn senere på det hotel jeg havde booket og betalt for måneder forinden, havde de uden videre aflyst vores booking. Så vi ankom til intet værelse og 5500kr som de mente sig berettiget til at beholde. Efter megen diskussion fik vi lovning på i løbet af 7 dage at få pengene tilbage for de resterende dage, mod at vi bookede hos dem på ny. Det var vi selvfølgelig glade for men hele stressen omkring det ødelagde hele opholdet og de første to dage af vores ferie.

Værelserne er desuden MEGET små. Der er f.eks. ikke plads til at åbne din kuffert på gulvet nogle steder.

Just disappointed in what I paid extra for verses what I got. Other than that it’s a great place

Loved the hotel in general, the art, the technology was great

Cons:

I didn’t like that I paid extra for a “high” up room and the room I got wasn’t very high it was like halfway up.

Rekommenderas inte, inte prisvärt. Cannabis doft i rummet och inga faciliteter.
Pros:

Det var ett bra läge om man vill bo nära SoHo och ha promenadavstånd till både Midtown och Financial district.

Cons:

Rummen var extremt små, jättedåligt med garderobsyta (finns ingen garderob). Blev väldigt trångt för 2 personer. Stark Cannabis lukt från a/c:n. Fick inte vistas på takvåningen då en av alla i sällskapet inte var över 21 år. Sociala ytorna konstant upptagna av folk med dator som satt hela dagen. Ingen restaurang på hotellet. Kiosken/butiken som skulle sälja snacks/mat hade extremt dåligt utbud.

Sky bar lvl 20 with empire state view, & openspace at ground floor for coworking / lounge area
