I have been charged twice, even though I did everything via Booking and I did pay the bill before checking in. It has been weeks and I still didn’t get the money back. Booking customer service is highly incompetent, with few exceptions, and this experience is very frustrating, annoying and time consuming. I have provided all supportive documentation but they don’t manage to fix this. Really bad service. Note that the trip happened a month ago, and at this point I have still paid twice for it, and not for any mistake I did.

I use CitizenM hotels often, but always feel like more shelf space / drawers / cupboard space needed
Pros:

location, view, staff, cleanliness, mattress, everything besides lack of shelf space

Cons:

2 drawers under bed and single cupboard not enough to not live out of your suitcase. Meaning you still feel like you're camping.

Pros:

la vue!! à couper le souffle avec des luminosités différentes chaque soir et chaque matin! Le petit déjeuner copieux!

Cons:

la porte de la salle de bain qui fermait mal... le check in et check out autonome.

Nous sommes restés 6 nuits. La chambre est très petite et très peu d’intimité aux toilettes
Chambre pas très bien équipée: pas de prise USB C, pas de cafetière/théière et un sèche-cheveux qui disjoncte
Staff hyper jeune pas très concerné par les attentes d’un client d’un 4 étoiles
Le sol dans les chambre n’est pas au niveau de la chambre. Il s’agit d’une sorte de revêtement d’hôpital.

Great location, tiny rooms.
Pros:

Staff were helpful, lobby was nice, check-in convenient, location close to shops and restaurants

Cons:

The room was small, as advertised. Ok for a few nights. Didn't feel safe outside at night.

A perfect stay in the heart of New York.
Pros:

My family and myself had a perfect stay. The rooms were great, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was unbeatable. It is right in the heart of New York, with many top attractions and restaurants just a short walk away.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was just perfect. Nothing to complain about! The staff there were very nice to us and also very helpful! A really nice hotel in the middle of New York!

Loved this place... so quirky! The beds were so comfy and the view from our room was stunning. Loved the rooftop bar here - it was such a bonus! The room was clean and functional and the staff were helpful.

Would have loved a kettle in the room.

Sehr durchdachtes Zimmerkonzept, das funktioniert. Bedienung via Tablet aller Lichter und Rollos ohne Probleme. Vom check-in bis check-out sind die Prozesse durchdacht und auch das Gepäck kann weiterhin aufbewahrt werden.

Bett etwas unpraktisch, wenn die Person am Fenster nachts aufstehen möchte.
