Comfortable Beds but Packed and Noisy Communal Spaces with were not conducive to quiet working.
Pros:

Bed was super comfortable and shower good. Rooms were well cleaned.

Cons:

The communal spaces were lovely but as they were open to the general public it was hard to get a good seat for breakfast or to work and very noisy with people taking phone calls - plus the constant loud piped music. We had booked this hotel for the working areas that unfortunately were not that comfortable. Also the staff were not that friendly it was almost like you were inconveniencing them asking for something. Cleaning staff were lovely though. As women travellers it also didn't fell super safe as the hotel was like a public thoroughfare with no one really checking.

Great hotel and location!
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access to the subway, making it simple to reach all the main attractions in New York. It’s also perfectly situated near great food spots, including Chinatown and Little Italy.

The rooms are exactly as pictured—compact but very well designed to make the most of the space. The bed was surprisingly large and very comfortable, and there was convenient storage for luggage under the bed. The shower and toilet were also a good size, which was a nice bonus.

Whilst the hotel is located on a main road, we slept so well and no noise woke us up in the night.

Check-in and check-out were quick and straightforward using the tablet system, and staff were available whenever we needed assistance.

Overall, the hotel felt very clean, well-decorated, and had a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

Cons:

Whilst the Ipad for the room is a good tech touch, ours didn’t work for the first 2 days so we were manually opening the blinds and turning lights on, i guess if you weren’t great with technology the ipad could be a bit overwhelming but like i say there is always the manual switches in the rooms!

Pros:

The location is amazing and the hotel is very beautiful and practical. The rooms are to the point with a great view! There are nice places to chill within the hotel and a wonderful roof bar!

A Hidden Gem in NYC – We’ll Definitely Be Back!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in NYC and would absolutely return!
The rooms were spotless, with very comfortable, large beds that made a huge difference after long days exploring the city. I loved the smart design — even though the space wasn’t huge, everything was laid out so cleverly that we had everything we needed without ever feeling cramped.
The lobby was another highlight — a great space to start the day in the morning and just as nice to come back to in the evening and unwind.
Breakfast was honestly one of the best parts of our stay. It was all-you-can-eat with unlimited coffee, and we made the most of it every morning. It set us up perfectly for the day and felt like fantastic value for money.
The location couldn’t have been better — right by Chinatown and just a few steps from the nearest metro, which made getting around the city super easy.
And I can’t forget the sky bar and terrace — the views over Manhattan were absolutely stunning and a perfect way to end the day.
Overall, a fantastic stay and definitely a place we’d come back to!
