Perfect for my solo trip
Pros:

Location was pretty good for exploring, especially if you're doing things in lower east side or lower manhattan. There is a Whole Foods a short walk away for any needs. The room was very clean, quiet with regards to room neighbors, it is small as you can see from the images, as a solo traveler this was fine. The common areas and roof are exceptional.

Cons:

There was a bit of city road noise, beeping at night. Maybe usual NYC stuff, I am unsure.
