I had such a wonderful stay here! The front desk managers, Tony and a lovely lady whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, were so kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. My car carpet was extremely dirty and needed vacuuming — Tony and another male staff member went the extra mile and helped clean it for me. I’ve honestly never experienced such thoughtful service.

The restaurant staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The location couldn’t be more convenient — surrounded by great restaurants and shops, and close to Stanford. The valet parking was reasonably priced, and coming and going was super easy.

Five days didn’t feel like enough. I’ll definitely be returning in the summer! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuinely caring service.

Great location. Great atmosphere. The rooms are wonderful. The price is right. You can't find better customer service anywhere else than there is here. Tony the manager of the hotel is as nice as can be. We've been staying there 3 years now every time we visit our daughter and grandkids.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving dinner at The James Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional—the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was outstanding, and the service made us feel truly cared for. We booked here for Thanksgiving weekend to visit family and our stay was incredible! The location is very convenient and a short drive from SFO. We had Thanksgiving dinner at their restaurant and the food was the highlight of our stay!! Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly and attentive to any requests. The rooms are gorgeous and clean. The front desk staff is amazing too! 10/10 experience!

We made reservations for Thanksgiving and enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal at Oak + Violet. The food was so good and the service was top notch! All staff were very attentive and friendly! The meal was the best thanksgiving meal ever! Rooms are very well kept! We enjoyed the atmosphere and the whole property is beautiful! Will definitely stay again in the near future!

The hotel staff were fantastic, super kind and welcoming. Hotel is gorgeous and cozy. Beds were extremely comfortable, and bathrooms were spotless. You can tell this hotel is well cared for. For breakfast I stopped downstairs and got a pastry and a lavender latte, which was delicious.

I’ve attended several events at Park James Hotel, and each one has always been exceptional—but finally staying at the hotel took the experience to a whole new level. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, stylish, and full of positive energy.

Josh must be the hardest working person in hospitality. He was there when we checked in and when we checked out and couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful.

This hotel was top notch all the way. Every single detail was obviously carefully planned with both comfort and health in mind. There was coffee/tea in the room with a pour over, no dirty/wasteful Keurig. The restaurant had a mostly Organic menu with delicious food. In the bathroom, they used a Clean line of products (Juice Beauty), and instead of bottled water, there was easy access to a filtered water/ice station right near my room. Even the room keys were made of wood, not plastic. Everything was so clean and well designed. Internet access was quick and easy and had a solid connection. I wish more hotels were like the Park James...they are setting the standard for guest accommodations. Staff were wonderful, too.

I'm very sensitive to fragrance, and usually when I return home from a hotel, I immediately shower and wash everything to rid myself of whatever "signature scent" was pumped through (and the scented detergent they use for bedding), but not with the Park James! I came home smelling like myself! Not a trace of toxic fragrance at all. I wish all hotels were like this.

Great staff, comfy clean room, very comfortable bed with amazing pillows. Great for getting rest after a long day. 10/10 will stay again

My stay was very pleasant! Traveling with a baby can be stressful at times, but everyone at the hotel was friendly and went out of their way to help. The front desk staff, especially Sabina was incredibly kind and accommodating she made everything so much easier for us. Tony, the manager, was also very nice and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciate the great service and warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed at the Park James Hotel a couple of times, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I love the pour over coffee.The location is super convenient close to shopping center and lots of restaurants. Sabina at the front desk she’s absolutely amazing! Always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Her warm hospitality truly makes the stay even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I celebrated my 27th birthday here, and I’m so glad I did! My boyfriend surprised and took me here to celebrate, and it honestly made the night even more special. If I could give 100 stars, I would!
I started with the sizzling Half Moon Bay squid and had the Miso Barbecue Glazed Black Cod for my main dish. Both were absolutely delicious. The sizzling squid especially reminded me of home because my mom used to cook this dish, and it brought back so many good memories.
The customer service and ambiance were beyond amazing. I felt so welcomed and happy to celebrate my birthday here at Park James Hotel ❤️

Brought my girlfriend here for a birthday dinner. Experience was great they really made me feel welcomed. Service was spot on and the food was amazing I had the New York Steak probably one of the best steaks I had in a while. Thank you to Lyle and Tony for giving us a great experience since we walk in the door and to the Bartender Eddie great drinks!
Great atmosphere with live music we really enjoyed our time. Thank You Park James!
