J'ai réservé une première fois pour une nuit puis finalement étant arrivée à Washington DC plus tôt nous avons fait une deuxième réservation pour une seconde nuit. Expliquant au monsieur à l'accueil qu'on a deux réservations, il me dit qu il va me rembourser les réservations pour les regrouper en une seule afin d'avoir la même chambre pour les deux nuits. J'accepte en me disant qu'en effet c'est plus pratique ça nous évite d'avoir à changer de chambre, problème, je n'ai jamais reçu le remboursement. Je contact service clients qui me dit clairement que l'établissement ne compte pas me rembourser. J essaie de contacter l'établissement en vain.
Plus jamais je ne ferais confiance à booking qui n'aide absolument et je n'irais plus jamais à cet hôtel.

This is a MOTEL, so don’t be misled by its name. When we checked in, the staff was on the phone and continued talking during the check-in process, clearly showing a lack of concern for customer service. The pillows were dusty and had a gray substance on them, and the shower area was not clean at all; there was mold growing around the faucet.

location is key, the hotel is okay. everything is broke ice machine washer/dryer but if you just need a place to lay ur head its fine.

Difficult to say something positive

Cons:

The room and bathroom were extremely dirty, with grime that looked like it had been there for a long time. Even the bedding seemed unclean.
The furniture was damaged.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it’s the dirtiest place I’ve stayed in during my 15 years of traveling.

Pros:

Close to downtown

Cons:

Very close to Brentwood very dangerous area at night. Had someone knock on the door at 2am. It's also not a hotel it is a motel and anyone can come up on the property.
