Beautiful, clean, perfect
Pros:

There was honestly nothing not to like! Everything, from the moment we entered (fresh, clean, tremendous reception staff) to the room ( bright, spotlessly clean) to breakfast ( beautiful breakfast room, amazing choice, perfectly presented) to checkout - everything was perfect. We also had the opportunity to use the spa - it was amazing;
We found this to be a super place from which to explore all that Florence has to offer. We walked everywhere - nothing felt too far.

Nice hotel, great facilities, spa and breakfast. Good to be able to park and not deal with ZTL.
Pros:

The overall hotel was great. The location was outside of the ZTL so we didn’t have to deal with that and it was close enough to walk to everything we were interested in seeing. Spa was a nice daily bonus after spending a day enjoying all that Florence has to offer.

Génial ! C’est l’endroit idéal pour les couples.
Pros:

Personnel absolument parfait ! Attentifs. Aimables et professionnels…. Et aussi le spa qui est quasi parfait.

Wonderful hotel & staff!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the Moon Boutique Hotel. The location was great as everything is within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable & the breakfast was superb!
