The best stay in my trip through 4 cities in Italy
Pros:

The hotel is clean, the soft architecture is gorgeous. Rooms and bathroom very spacious. The spa is a beautiful add on after the long day walk around town to enjoy the beautiful museums and other attractions. Very close to the train station and central market. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel is exquisite. Great value for money!

The moon hotel was just perfect and Florence is beautiful
Pros:

Spotless clean, fabulous shower very comfortable bed and the staff couldn’t help you enough

After walking all day in beautiful Florence the 1.2 mile walk back was just about enough but the spar more than made up for this

Ein bequemes und erholsames Hotel wo man auch entspannt sein Auto abstellen kann.
Pros:

Frühstück mit Dry Prosecco ist immer eine Freude - Die Lage des Hotels ist am Rande der City und man braucht ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss um das Zentrum zu erreichen. Für uns war das kein Problem. - Am Abend gönnten wir uns dann ein entspanntes Wellness nach unserer "Stadt Wanderung." - Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm und man hörte vom Strassenlärm nichts. - Man merkt dass viel Geld in die Ausstattung des Hotels mit edlen Materialien investiert worden ist. - Die Erfahrung mit den Angestellten war sehr angenehm und waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

- Es wäre schön wenn das Wellness vor allem in der Winterzeit auch bis 21 Uhr geöffnet wäre.
- Booking.com sollte besser informieren, wie es sich bezüglich den Parkinggebühren vom Hotel verhält. Die sind nicht Gratis.

Pros:

The hotel was beautifully maintained and spotless. Our room was elegant and very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The hotel spa was a lovely addition to our stay after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
