This is an excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it.
Everyone from the receptionist, the breakfast waiter, the spa attendant and the chambermaid are helpful, friendly and professional.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and the staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our visit.
The hotel was impeccably clean and the breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to start the day. The location was also very convenient: the main attractions were around a 20–30 minute walk away and there was a bus/tram stop directly opposite the hotel, making it very easy to get around.
A special mention absolutely goes to the spa, it was incredible. After spending the whole day walking and exploring the city, being able to relax there was the perfect way to end the day.
Overall, a beautiful and comfortable hotel with wonderful service, excellent facilities and a very convenient location. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The bed was a little too hard for us

Fabulous hotel. The decor was beautiful and the room was comfy and clean. The staff were approachable and friendly and they gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A great choice for breakfast and the food was delicious.
