Pros:

The rooms are nice bed very comfortable but pillows is too soft not good for neck i wake up in the morning my neck pain and services are poor when I checked in my room no one's helped me to take my suitcase to the room . I asked the reception for my room to clean but no-one did not clean my room for 4 days reception not very helpful at all.

Pros:

This was a decent property that I needed in a certain location. (Near my girlfriend's daughter)

It was convenient for a couple reasons and i will stay there again.

However, they do need to fix their extremely slow wifi.

I could only view text on 3 different devices, one at a time, but no video. In a city as big and technology savvy as Bangkok, great internet should be the normal, not the exception. And yea, I have had challengea at other Bangkok hotels.
