Lovely old Inn and I would love to visit again.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and dinner and the staff were delightful. Unfortunately the boiler was broken but the staff rushed in with portable heaters! It is so close to the Cathedral which was wonderful.

Cons:

Finding the back entrance is a bit of a nightmare but Bradley was incredibly helpful and lent me his phone to navigate the one way system.

Great location, room with character and really comfortable night’s sleep
Pros:

We loved the proximity to the centre of Winchester. The room was a good size and had old world character whilst having every modern convenience. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast in our room was delicious and hot.

Cons:

There was a moderate amount of noise of furniture being moved around around bedtime and our room was directly above the bar, but ear plugs were made available and the noise stopped in time for us to have a quiet and pleasant nights sleep

A delightful friendly hotel in the heart of the City.
Pros:

A lovely intimate Hotel in the heart of Winchester. We came to visit and worship at the Cathedral and we could not have been closer. The room at the top of the hotel was a lovely comfortable suite. The staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfasts were a treat and Sunday Lunch a delight.

Cons:

Some of the fittings in the bathroom were loose. We fell lucky with parking but I can imagine it could be a problem. (I also thought the staff went out of their way to help us get sorted including taking our luggage from the car to the room whilst we looked for a space)

Fantastic stay in the centre of Winchester
Pros:

Fabulous location right next to the cathedral grounds. Cosy, comfortable and clean. Fantastic breakfast. Nice touches in the room such as tea/coffee, water, biscuits and flowers. Friendly staff.

Excellent all round!
Pros:

The staff were all fantastic - great proactive communication before our stay about parking, then a great welcome and show round, they couldn’t do enough to make our stay just right. Excellent breakfast and fab location right next to the Cathedral. Our room was huge - we stayed in Osbourne and Little.

A lovely Birthday spent here.
Pros:

The breakfast was huge! We loved the room and the location is right opposite the Cathedral. Very central for all the sights we wanted to see. Will definitely come back. The evening meals were also large and filling and tasty.

A very pleasant stay with warm and friendly atmosphere - Will definitely come again
Pros:

Our room was spacious and homely - we were welcomed on arrival with such friendliness and were fortunate to be able to check into our room earlier than expected - the bathroom was gorgeous as well

Cons:

Our room was at the back of the hotel which unfortunately meant we were awakened at 1am
by loud revellers out in the street below - then again early in the morning by loud thumps and bangs whilst deliveries were made to the restaurant and bar
