The hotel was very clean and smelt lovely! Free tea and coffee facilities were and added bonus! Room was lovely and warm on arrival.
Liked the look of the room, the space, the bed and the fact it was separated from the other rooms having plenty of privacy to play our music in our room without disturbing the other rooms with no complaints.
we paid extra for a jacuzzi bath and it didnt even work, so that was a let down. We didn't go to reception because it was early hours of the morning at like 4am when we tried to use it. The shower was tempermentle in temperature and a bit awkward to get running. The other thing was the floors was all hard tiles and they was freezing there was only a rug at the bottomof the bed. And lastly there was no kettle for tea or coffee in the rooms, only out and down the corridor we saw there was a vending machine where you could get but we would have preferred to have had that in the room. Other than that it was okay for the price and location.

Warm welcome at reception. Room was nicely fitted out. Good quality finish inc furnishings and bedding.

Some of the fixtures were a wee bit lacking. Sink tap was loose/ window catch was loose/ sink wouldn’t hold water.
Oh, and the bar wasn’t open… disaster!!! 😁

I booked this place based on the free parking and bar and arrived to see the bar completely closed due to refurbishment and told the car park had been closed for a month. I understand doing these things but should be on the site. Especially as I messaged asking for parking and got a reply saying it was booked for me. Really annoyed as chose it specifically for this
Good location. Basically half hotel half hostel located in the main bar street. Rooms are under the bar. Good option for younger people up for a party.
There was no staff around. The lobby space was hot ans smelly. Small deficencies in the room; usn-charger was broken, bed was too short and bathroom sink did not work properly.
It’s a piece of gem -undiscovered.

Great location close to everything. Dropped luggage off at back door and parking was only 5 min walk from hotel. Staff was friendly and room was good as well.

Great central location. Room was very soundproof and quiet. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Aircon as well as heating available in all rooms. Free parking (however it's not secure and cars are parked just under bar balcony, which resulted in a lot of broken glass and ash).
Poor wifi, none of the TVs work. No housekeeping. Some questionable fixes resulting in fridge being difficult to open. Apartment could do with some TLC, marks on walls, shower screen broken, windows with gaps. We didn't get a good night sleep due to overpowering smell - whether linen or perfume left by previous guests, who knows. The rooms didn't look anything like the photos. Reviews suggested there would be fruit and games available, but it was not the case. It seems the hotel rooms might be better, but we unfortunately won't be staying here again.
