Tiene parking pero limitado, lo que obliga a dejar el coche en un parking privado a 12 pounds el día, porque el hotel está ubicado en una calle donde no se puede aparcar.

Il n'y a pas de parking possible au pied de l'hôtel. Il y a un à 12£ les 24 heures à moins de 500m.
L'appartement est situé dans le centre festif d'Aberdeen, nous y étions un samedi soir et c'était un peu bruyant.

The hotel is acceptable if you’re not very demanding or if you’re a young person looking for nightlife and able to sleep in almost any conditions. However, it is definitely not a hotel suitable for families.

I can’t comment on the rest of the week, but because the hotel is located right in the heart of the nightlife area, it was extremely noisy at night. The only way to reduce the noise was to keep the windows closed. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working, so with the windows closed there was no ventilation. As a result, we had to leave them open and could hear everything outside.

Some of the windows couldn’t even be opened because they were very old, and others had been permanently sealed shut. In my room, for example, the window wouldn’t open at all, so the only way to get some fresh air was to leave the bedroom door open. There was also a very bright emergency light in the hallway that stayed on all night, making it even more difficult to get any rest.

The hotel looks very old and worn. It bears little resemblance to the photos shown on Booking. Perhaps those rooms do exist, but they certainly weren’t the ones we were given.

The kitchen was probably the best part of the accommodation, but there were no paper towels or even a kitchen cloth available to clean up after using it.

Bar staff at night ! The staff during the day were lovely . So nice ! At night horrible .. one girl with blonde hair was so rude to me and my child ! They say it’s family friendly so I asked for a mocktail for my child who is 11 ! The girl at the bar said to her a child do you have ID I said no it’s a mocktail she is 11 ! She repeated it 3 times aggressively without saying why so I said there is no alcohol in it ! To which she said I am not stupid I no there is not she needs ID to be in the bar ! I said she is a child and we staying in the hotel .. she then went to get her manager without me asking ! And when he come over I explained what had happened and how rude she was ! I said it’s ok we will leave but I am not happy ! She was waving her hands about shouting who me .. then as I grab the other two kids her and 2 members of staff spoke about us and laughed ! It was shocking. She was very rude and should not be working in the hotel ! She had no people skills and for the price we paid it was shocking behaviour

The aircon units in the rooms didn't work, and only some of the windows opened. The bathroom sink was very blocked. The shower gel/shampoo seemed to have been watered down a lot, to the point of being very ineffective.
