La mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata purtroppo molto negativa. Le camere sono anguste e con un evidente odore di muffa. Per raggiungerle bisogna scendere sempre più in basso, dando la sensazione di trovarsi in uno scantinato.
Una volta dentro, lo spazio è davvero insufficiente: le stanze sono minuscole, con soffitti bassi e un’atmosfera claustrofobica. Non si riesce nemmeno a passare agevolmente, e non c’è spazio per aprire le valigie.
Le foto pubblicate online non rispecchiano affatto la realtà: gli ambienti sembrano molto più grandi e curati di quanto siano realmente.
Inoltre, abbiamo trovato un insetto nel bagno, cosa che ha peggiorato ulteriormente la percezione di scarsa igiene.
Consiglio vivamente ad altri utenti di valutare alternative: la struttura non offre le condizioni minime di comfort che ci si aspetta da un soggiorno.

No kettle in the room and quite a dark room.
No chain on the door, although I think the twist below the handle was a lock.
Great location of the hotel in the centre. The rooms are spacious and clean, you have access to a common area with free coffee and discounts in the bar, which was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Some of the furniture was looking somewhat worn out and the beds were too soft.
La ubicación es fantástica, en pleno centro. Nos reservaron gratuitamente una plaza de parking (hay que maniobrar en cuesta). El apartamento es amplio y muy cómodo.

Listed as no parking available but was then told after enquiring that there was parking available, however it didn’t say this is within the LEZ zone until long after we had arrived, having had to park 20 mins walk away. No tea and coffee in the room, a communal drinks machine was available. Very noisy people at 4am outside the accommodation, a drawback of being so central.

Parking was not good we were told to park down on the road where the bins are located we came out to fruit from peoples drinks and cigarette butts on our car from people throwing them over the balcony (lucky it wasn’t a glass as it would have smashed the windscreen)
We had no air conditioning apparently they were being upgraded, no notice of this, no discount for this and just had to accept it - the worst part was you couldn’t open ANY windows - just ridiculous
The check-in was quick, the hotel is very central, the room seemed clean. There was a nice kitchenette area outside the rooms with free drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) and a vending machine with snacks and cold drinks, in addition to a table area where you could eat. There was also a bookcase with games and books you could borrow. The rooms were of a good size.
The hallway stank of mould. We tried to sit in the common area to play some games, but had to leave quickly. Several people in my party had scratchy eyes and throats for the duration of our stay and the rest of the day after checkout. This was better in the rooms, but we had to be mindful to close the room doors quickly to not let the smell in and kept fans going and windows open to try to circulate the air. Due to this, we would unfortunately be unlikely to rebook. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable.
