Location is great, good value for money, but the morning staff was terrible

Very quiet area

Cons:

The morning staff, the ladies from the cleaning department were handling the breakfast and were clearly unprepared, loud and scratching their hair and then touching the food( the blond, short and skinny lady)

Not recommended for tourists.
Cons:

The hotel itself is nice.
We had 3 rooms booked.
They didn’t let me move the microwave from one room to an other which we already paid just because they wanted me to upgrade to the same room for 100 lei.?
I needed the microwave for a 7 months old baby.
In the room there is not even e coffee or milk to make yourself a coffee.
Downstairs there was the machine to serve yourself but had not coffee.
So they made us pay even the coffees in the morning.
On top of this we asked for some help to get taxis to the airport as we were struggling to get Ubers and the lady at the reception was rude and not able to help. She could not speak any language a part from Romanian.
She refuses to help and we begged her as we were going to loose the flight.
The receptions girls from the previous stay in Bacău they had to help us via WhatsApp to sort our problem.
Horrible experience.

Personale cortese e professionale.
Hotel moderno, accogliente, camere pulite, camera familiare spaziosa e con tutti i comfort anche il sapone per i piatti e una spugnina.
Ampie finestre.
Bagno molto spazioso e ben pulito.

Cons:

Un po' distante dal centro quindi tratte uber ed attese più lunghe.
Mancanza di una presa in bagno per la piastra dei capelli.
Mancanza di porta spazzolini o un semplice bicchiere vicino al lavandino.

Smart modern hotel with some flaws
Pros:

The location is near to the airport though a bit convoluted and you do wonder where the road is going to end up. There was plenty of parking. The hotel is very modern and very clean. Beautiful bathrooms.
Complimentary coffee machine in reception.

Cons:

One of the key reasons we booked is because the website said they had a restaurant and we were arriving after a long day driving and didnt want to go out again. When we asked about the restaurant the receptionist look surprised. No it wasn' t open because it was Easter weekend. My view is they must know when they are are going to close it so they should put that information on the website.
The doors open by key card. However there is no way you can lock the door from inside the room so anyone with a card can enter. Didn't feel secure.
I wanted to get something from the car at 11.30 pm. I couldn't get out the building as the main entrance was locked. There are no staff at reception during the night. Apart from the inconvenience locking the entrance with no obvious means of exit must be in breach of fire regulations.
I didn't see any info on nearest fire exits in the rooms. I was on the ground floor and the window was covered in security mesh.
This is subjective but I found all the rooms and bedrooms in Romania suffocatingly hot, usually around 22-23° c. Probably a hangover from the Ceaucescu era when there was heating rationing. This room was no exception. I searched high and low for a thermostat control but couldnt find one. I couldn't see an AC unit so in the end had to open the window to waft some cool air in.
I mentioned this at reception next day and they said they couldn't control the temperature because it was underfloor heating. One temperature for everyone beamed the very nice lady via google translate. Well you can control underfloor heating. You zone each room and put a thermostat on the wall. Too tired to explain.
Again subjective but the pillows were small and rock hard. Info for those who don't like their heads cranked up at a 45° angle. I travel with my own.

Pros:

Die ruhige Lage im Norden Bukarest. Schnelle Anbindung zu beiden Flughäfen. In 5 Minuten am Ringverkehr. Parkplatz ist 24h Videoüberwacht.
