Très bon hôtel avant départ ou avant retour

Prima verblijf niet ver van de luchthaven.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt niet ver van de internationale luchthaven, maar van vliegtuigen hadden we geen last. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden een familiekamer uitgekozen voor ons verblijf en dat is inderdaad een heel ruime kamer met een groot balkon. De bedden vonden we heel goed, evenals de kussens en het beddengoed. Er zijn gratis parkeerplaatsen maar daar maakten we geen gebruik van. Het hotel ligt in een rustige wijk waar nog volop huizen worden gebouwd. Er is een restaurant maar dat was tijdens ons verblijf beperkt open. Wifi was heel goed.

Cons:

Er zou een shuttle service van en naar de luchthaven te zijn maar die was er niet. De avond van aankomst, vrijdagavond, zou het restaurant open zijn tot 22 uur en de laatste bestelling 21:30. Maar toen wij om 21 uur aankwamen was het gesloten. Wel hielp men prettig om iets te eten te bestellen. Het balkon was heel groot, maar er stonden geen stoelen op. De reden was, volgens de receptionist, omdat het een familiekamer was en gevaarlijk voor kinderen. Zaterdagavond werden er twee klapstoelen en een tafeltje gebracht. Niet comfortabel, maar we konden in elk geval nog even buiten zitten na een dag hard werken. Persoonlijk staan wij graag onder de douche, maar er was alleen een douchekop die je niet kon ophangen, maar in het ligbad gebruiken. Bij de wastafel was er erg weinig ruimte om je toiletartikelen neer te zetten. Jammer, want er is genoeg plek aan beide zijden van de wastafel voor een plank of kastje. Wel was er ruimte boven het toilet maar dat is een risicovol plekje... Bij aankomst stond er nog een plakkerige Starbucks koffiebeker in een van de lades. De eerste dag was onze kamer niet schoongemaakt. Er lagen echter wel een stapel schone handdoeken en een paar tubetjes doucheschuim. Het blad met gebruikte glazen en het afval was echter niet opgehaald en de bedden niet opgemaakt. Dat meldden we en dat ging de volgende dagen wel goed. Niet dat we het nodig hadden, maar de website vermelde allerlei zaken als een wasmachine en strijkijzer en die waren er allemaal niet. Wel een koelkast en magnetron.
