Good location with very friendly staff. Bo gave me a great welcome and provided lots of info to help me make the most of my stay. The young man on the night shift was also very friendly and polite. You can also rent a bike, arrange tours, and do your laundry at the hotel. A good place to stay in Hoi An and would be happy to stay again. Thank you Bo!

Family hotel is incredible!! The staff are the kindest ever ❤️
The rooms are big and comfortable, as are the bathrooms (nicest bathroom we’ve had in Asia). The location is perfect - 10/15 min walk to everywhere you need to go, (you can hire mopeds to get to the beach).
They let us drop our bags off and have a shower before our check in time :)
Helpful with touristy stuff and tailors

Znakomita lokalizacja, blisko Stare Miasta i w pobliżu sklepy ,bary i restauracje.Bardzo czysto, codzienne sprzątanie.Cudowni właściciele i pracownicy -pomagaja ,doradzają, można się poczuć ja u znajomych. Można wypożyczyć rowery.Serdzenie polecam to miejsce , a to mój 8 hotel w podróży po Wietnamie i do tej pory najlepszy.

We loved our stay at the Family Hotel. All of the staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. The room was big and clean, and fresh towels were provided every day. There is also a good laundry service. Thank you Family Hotel 🥰

Everything about this property was wonderful, it is a simple hotel but so well run and kept that I didn’t even notice
The staff really does make you feel like family from remembering your name and offering to take care of everything for you. They have great laundry service and anything else from taxis to currency exchange available. The bed is extremely !!! Comfortable and the room is cleaned and towels are replaced daily. Any question or problem that I had was dealt with with a smile and i really felt so safe as a solo female traveller there.
The location is a bit walks away from the old town but I really liked the area it was tucked away in. Found it easy to get to the old town and it was closer to all the tailors and shops I frequented more often so I didn’t even feel the difference
The price really is unreal in comparison to the service.

The staff at this accommodation were lovely and made us feel very welcome. They were responsive in all our communications, and we also booked airport transports with them too. The room sizes were larger than expected and the beds were very comfortable. The location was good with the old town in walkable distance.

Lovely night stay here, welcoming friendly staff, great big rooms, comfy beds, good AC! Would recommend here!

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour un hôtel 1 étoile. J’y ai séjourné trois nuits avec mon compagnon et notre fils.
L’hôtel est très bien tenu et propre. La chambre est faite tous les jours.
Le personnel est incroyable serviable et gentil !
