Had an amazing stay! Great location and helpful staff!
Pros:

Amazing location, the staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout our whole stay🤩

Cons:

The window in our room didn’t lead directly outside, but it wasn’t a problem.

Mr Ha knows how to run an hotel!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and they helped us to organise the activities in the areas! The accommodation was comfortable and very close to the city centre. I would definitely come here again :)

Le meilleur endroit où séjourner!
Le personnel est très gentil, disponible, aux petits soins.
La chambre est spacieuse, propre, lumineuse, bien équipée.
Service de laverie proposé par l'établissement à un bon prix.
Service de taxi pour aller à l’aéroport de Da Nang proposé à un prix imbattable, difficile de trouver mieux. D'autres services de transport sont également proposés.
Emplacement parfait, à une moindre distance de marche de tout (restaurants, supérettes, commerces) et du centre historique.
Je recommande cet établissement au 100%

Потрясающий отель! Очень очень понравилось! Жила 10 дней и осталась бы на подольше, если бы могла. Находится прямо в центре, до любой локации можно дойти пешком, тихо, красиво, уютно, чисто, свежо. Убирают комнаты, ставят водичку. Можно взять на прокат велосипеды. Могут помочь выбрать любую экскурсию, посоветуют, где покушать. Можно постирать вещи. Безумно милые и доброжелательные хозяева, ощущала себя как дома🤍✨

Great hotel
Pros:

Mr Ha and his team are amazing and friendly. The place is well located and offers bicycle for rent.
Our room was spacious with a fridge and a big bright window. We even had a small balcony.
There is a lot of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing location. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, organised our hotel transfer for us with no trouble, washing was done so quickly and they were always available contact! A really lovely family run hotel!

Great value for money. Comfortable and safe stay. Staffs are helpful and accommodating.
Pros:

Perfect location for all your needs and nearest to all tourist spots. A hotel with everything we need from hotel amenities, airport transfers, motor rental, tour bookings, etc. We actually extended our stay because we truly enjoyed the place. Please choose Family Hotel when you visit Hoi An

Very convenient location for a stay at Hoi An. Clean rooms, friendly staff who greet you by name. My daughter said everything soft was comfy. (The beds were comfortable)

Pros:

I was confirmed booking and cancelled for overbooking, 30 minute after, when I was on my way from Da Nang to the property. Unfotunatelly I did not see that last email and found out this on arrival. I was offered a free bike for the last minute cancelation the following day thought. I did not take it cos my other hotel had also free bikes.
