Emplacement stratégique ; prestations top ; famille entièrement disponible pour vous guider.
Pros:

Juste positionné stratégiquement pour balayer tous les sites essentiels de la ville sans être noyé par le flux des touristes qui peut devenir intenable. Un accueil comme on aimerait en avoir plus souvent au Vietnam. Une famille souriante et disponible.

Lovely Hotel!
Pros:

Very lovely stuff, receptionists are extremely caring!
Good location, not far from the centre. Great value for money.
If you need a pick up from the airport, I advise you to reach out to the hotel. (the cheapest teansfer you can find)

Accueil très courtois très bon hotel
Pros:

Petit hotel familiale de 11 chambres très agréable.
Grande chambre très propre la femme de ménage passe tous les jours
Bien situé la rue est calme la nuit
Le plus de cet établissement est la qualité de l accueil Monsieur Ha Bo son frère sont d une extrême gentillesse prêts à vous aider à organiser votre séjour et sont tous extrêmement serviables. Hoi An est une ville très agréable pour quelques jours

Cons:

Au dessus de la porte il y a une lucarne sans rideau la lumière du couloir peut éclairer la chambre

Clean place, friendly hosts! Next to a massage spa!
Pros:

Great location, the front desks are extremely helpful. They wanted to help us wherever and whenever we needed help.

Cons:

Our room, the aircond never got cold it was frustrating at times.

Excellent rapport qualité prix et position parfaite !
Pros:

Le personnel est charmant ! Il nous renseigne avec beaucoup de gentillesse sur les restaurants et autres recommandations si besoin! La salle de bain avait une douche extra (ce qui compte dans les établissements vietnamiens!)

Pros:

- Old city was very easy to reach and thanks to bicycle/scooter rent options the beach was also good to reach
- Very kind personnel
- room was clean and got cleaned regularly
- Convenience stores with long opening hours just nextdoor

Cons:

- to me it was no issue, but a lift isn't available, be mindful of that if it is important to you
