Perfect Homestay which is in a great position and very good value for money.
Pros:

This is a welcoming, we'll run homestay. The owners are hands on and can't do enough for you. Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. Situated down a quiet lane within easy reach of the old town and the beach. This was our final place at the end of a month and was by far the best.

Cons:

I find it difficult to find any negatives. Usual difficulty getting the shower to a consistent temperature. Grab doesn't often recognize The Pink House so be careful when entering the address or you'll end up on the wrong side of town.

Comfort all around
Pros:

I loved my stay at Pink House and I wish I stayed longer. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The area is pretty quiet considering how close it is to the main road. Tri is so lovely and has a great sense of humor.

I highly recommend the pineapple pancake for breakfast. I look forward to coming back.

The most comfortable bed I’ve yet to sleep in in Vietnam! Miss Thi is a lovely host as well. Highly recommend!

Wonderful
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Pink House homestay.
Tri and her husband were so sweet and helpful.
The free bikes are great to go to the old town or just ride around the rice fields.
We had a wonderful time with our 2 daughters.

Pros:

A very well run homestay in a peaceful house. The room is quite small, but is exactly as described and pictured. Location is a little far from the old town, but it's in a local neighbourhood close to the rice fields, so it is a more authentic experience.

Cons:

Only slight complaint was the water pressure in the shower was a little low.

Great place, perfect location, comfortable bed and bikes to move around
Pros:

The room was perfect, the bed super comfortable. We were happy to get a softer bed which is quite rare in vietnam. Everything was spotless clean, and they did our bed every day we stayed.
They showed us where to go, markets, historical places, rice fields etc. Having the bikes was a plus, as it is a nice and chill area perfect to ride arround trough the rice fields.
The location is great, close to everything you wanna see in Hoi An.
Completely recommend the place, we had a great time.

Cons:

The only little comment was that the shower had no pressure. But don't let this put you off. it is a beautiful stay.

Pros:

It was our best homestay in Viet Nam and We very much enjoyed our stay at Ms Tri‘s homestay. She was very kind and friendly host, she gave us very good tips what to do and see at Hoi An. She also gave us bicycles and it was easy to get around the city. Location is great with only 15 mins by bike to the city centre and 10 mins to the beach. We will definitely recommend staying at Ms Tri‘s homestay. Thank you so much for being so kind to us and making our stay so enjoyable.

Such a lovely stay, amazing location between the beach, rice fields and touristy center. Ms. Tri and her husband were such lovely hosts, warm and welcoming - good price, good WiFi, quiet, affordable breakfast, all great!

Very little! Shower pressure a little low but perfectly fine for a decent wash and good temperature

Amazing location, amazing hosts, especially for longer stays.
Pros:

Perfect location, especially for longer stays. Right next to the rice paddies, and right in between the old town and the beach. They have free bicycles so you can freely go wherever, whenever. (Owner also has a sister with a shop right in the middle of old town, allowing you for a free relaxed parking spot)

Hosts are amazing and will tell you all you need to know on arrival, but are always there and available to ask any further questions or to welcome you back after a day out.

Cons:

Nothing really, however the water pressure is a little on the soft side.

Beautiful and luminous Homestay!!
Pros:

it’s a beautiful home, very neat, clean and luminous! Mrs Tri is very lovely and helpful. I loved to have free bike to use at any hour! Quite important due to the location :) in other places bikes are for rent and you need to return it quite early. Here was not the case =)

Cons:

I could not open the window in my room, so ventilation was not the best :( even though there’s AC so it’s alright!!

A home from home with lovely owners
Pros:

The owner, Tri, is the most friendly helpful lady: she welcomed us with a drink and fruit and told us about the local area, and continued to help us and look after us throughout our stay -we felt very much 'at home'. Our room was immaculately clean and was cleaned each day. Big comfy bed in a spacious room. Free bikes were useful for getting around, into town, up to the beach, and taking a beautiful trip through the nearby rice paddies where we had coffee - stunning!

Cons:

Water pressure quite weak in the shower. Location was lovely, but is a bit of a distance from the old city, if that bothers you.
