Great location, very clean and excellent full English breakfast.
Pros:

Lovely and warm and efficient radiator and shower.
Very clean and nice decor in bedrooms.
Friendly staff and good car parking. Quiet at night. Beautiful scenery all around and close to Ludlow.
The cooked breakfast was brilliant and exceptional.
No problem with having a dog with us.
Lots of hot drinks and very obliging staff serving the breakfasts.
We enjoyed our stay particularly having the kitchen in our accommodation.

Cons:

A mix up with booking meant we had to pack up a night early and move to another room which was upstairs which we hadn't wanted. This was a nuisance.
Our room also had a leaky sink which meant the kitchen unit was flooded with water every morning and when we came back from a day out and there were no cloths to mop this up so we had to buy some. It also meant that all electrical appliances had to be moved off the kitchen unit for safety.
The cooked breakfast was brilliant but there was no alternative such as fresh fruit to have with cereal or a selection of croissants or pastries which would have been lovely. Also the breakfast tables weren't layed up during the week which was a shame- it didn't look very professional to have it set up after you had arrived. But the hot drinks were delicious and plentiful and overall we had a lovely stay.

The room was clean.

Cons:

The room was small looking out onto a car park 😭 very noisy every time the door downstairs door opened, our bedroom door would band 😞 we did not sleep very well because of the noise. Went across for evening meal. We did ask early in the day if we could book a table but the lady said she wasn't sure. When we want to across, we got put in a dark dingy corner with cobwebs in. Was not a very enjoyable experience. Food was ok though. Definitely will not be going again. 😭

Pros:

Room was great. Bed comfy and the bathroom was huge.
Dinner was excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast on the second morning was a little chaotic, but I think the server was new, so just a mention really. We were fed, so ok in the end.

We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much. Shame we forgot our expensive phone charging plug.
Pros:

Lovely meals, great quality and service. Location was perfect for where we wanted to visit. Staff were all very friendly and everything was nice and clean.

Cons:

I would have liked to have seen the option of some fresh fruit and plain porridge for breakfast, the only porridge pot available was flavoured and I really didn’t enjoy that. If there was plain porridge (in a pot for ease) people could then add jam or honey because these are already provided with the toast option.
However, I understand you cannot please everyone all of the time :)

Pros:

Food was good, Room was lovely clean and comfortable, staff were really friendly and they served Hawkstone on tap which was a bonus at really good prices

Cons:

only thing i could suggest is a bigger menu but that hard when its a local pub, in a rural area which i understand, so not alot i can say that i didnt really like

nice and clean, friendly staff
Was great having No.16 as we was able to let the dog out for a wee, in our own secured outside space.

Cons:

Nowhere to place the soap in the shower.
Lots of noise from the flat above could hear the shower running and the toilet when flushed.
Some sound proofing is needed
