Great vslue clean hotel in centre of city
Clean and safe
Big cockroach in room, yellowing Towel, moldy bathroom
Price was good, but the executive room had a broken toilet seat, and balcony door that was about to fall open which allowed lots of street exhaust into the room and no access to the balcony. Plus lots of extra rules and fees not mentioned on the website during booking. We booked 1 week and only stayed 1 night giving up the money paid for the rest of the days there.
Staff was really nice, and was the best part of our limited stay there.
Location is good and staff is great.

Overall stay was good. The downside was having kids screaming at 4am and running around.
Please enforce a no noise policy to your customers.
The staff are nice and friendly. Room is spacious and clean. The only issue is the bathroom, there is no shower curtain that separate shower from toilet, so when you take a shower everything gets wet including the towels, toilet papairs, etc

Its always my go to hotel when in Batangas City, its in the centre and fully air-conditioned. Close to all shopping and dining places.

The location is superb
Considering the price, the accommodation is just not worth it. Pretty run-down, no shower curtain, no safe, even though I had an "executive room" not a standard one. Had night-time visits of cockroaches, even though I was high up. Cold welcome by the staff. Look for something else would be my recommendation.
Kind and servicefriendly workers.
But the floors and walls are dirty.
And had to ask for towels and bedsheet change since I stay for a few weeks.
Also alot of dust on the mirrors/paintings.
I guess they have a different kind of standard to clean then us europeans.

We stayed for a month this time. Staff is great and responsive to our needs and wants. However, I think the manager should instruct the other staff how to fix the wifi and cable tv. As she seems to be the only one who can fix it when it goes down.
