West 35 Eco Mountain Resort

Everything was perfect. The staff made my stay most enjoyable and rememberable. I’m definitely coming back. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet and be beauty surrounding the resort.

This resort was amazing. The grounds are kept extremely clean. It's a wonderful drive up the highway in one of the most well kept areas of Cebu. The view from the room was incredible. The staff was very accommodating. They delivered breakfast to our room. They called in the morning to ask if we wanted breakfast before they stopped serving it. The grounds workers helped me strap my luggage to the motorcycle. The food was great. Wifi worked great and the shower had an incredible view of the mountains.Will definitely go back when in Cebu.

A beautiful place, very accommodating, and friendly staff. Everything was super helpful and just an amazing setup.

Local area - has nothing, no option other than what they offer
Condition - ok, but we got group room.i booked for 2 adult and 3 kids and got group room of 17 people bedding room.
Comfort - walking down and going up was difficult through steep way
Clealiness - they cleaned only 3 bed as we were 6; rest of the bes had lizard poos. Our pillows and bed were dusty. My whole family is sensitive to dust and all of us suffered.
Service - Ok, nothing to mention great.
There were no enough hooks in bathrooms.
Should provide internet. This place have no local telephone coverage too if you think of enable your mobike data. Nothing wouldnt work; you are just cut from outside world. No cartoon channels for infants! Restaurent food is just horrible; please improve your teams and change the menu of availble items; no beef soup at all.

the place is wonderful. cold weather and staff were very polite and respectful and very pleasing. The food if excellent. We would love to visit the place again. Thank you very much! We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a good stay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The mountain view through the glass walls while using the bathtub was a definite plus. Airconditioning and wifi would have made our stay perfect.

Slow check in and check out

The hotel is nice and we had nice view of the mountain which was great. Food is okay very limited option for vegetarians. The only thing that I don’t like about the place is the convenience you really need to have a car if you visit this area. They only have motorbikes which is very unsafe to travel around the neighbouring areas. My family had a great time but not for me not a lot of activities to do in this area. It’s better to come here for a day and not stay overnight.

Room was not cery clean as there were many insects in the tub.Bed was not comfortable,saggy,hard to change position

the place is very serene and relaxing, and the weather is cold and almost always raining. better for the hotel to start providing more indoor activities like spa and masaage to entertain guest during rainy days.

Great staff and beautiful resort. The rooms are big and very clean. The staff go out of their way to make your visit comfortable. I highly recommend West 35 to get away from the busy city life and to relax in peace & beauty.

Our stay in West 35 was amazing. We had our own bonfire area and it was quiet romantic at night. We had a good sleep even if there’s no airconditioning on the room. Wish they had one, though. It would also be great if they offer room service for breakfast and dinner.

It was okay, exactly what you would expect. Although, they charge you additional if you want food delivered to your room. And the hot water didn't work.

Nice and clean. One thing that turned me off was that they don't allow requests for early breakfast. We were joining a race which starts at 7am, they would not consider giving us pre packed breakfast for 5am. even some toast with eggs would have been fine. hard to get phone reception in the rooms. no wifi. otherwise good stay and gave us late check out until 1pm

The weather and view were superb!!!
To get to the hotel room you have you stay fit, you will have to walk maybe 50 steps (down)!to get into your room. You must bring your umbrella just in case it rain especially during rainy season. Not advisable for old or senior citizens. Also, you have to close all the screen so that the insects from the outside will not join you in your bed while sleeping. Hahaha

Great and comfortable stay. Good food. Staff were very accomodating. Spacious room and we had our own fire pit. Our housekeepers, Jason and Adela made sure all our needs were attended to. Jason fixed the minor problem we had with the cable tv while Adela set up the fire pit for us for our marshmallow roasting. Over all it was a wonderful experience, we would definitely go back.
