we are four people and just have 1 card only.
they are different people helping us about checking in and out and after that, it is hard to contact with them. Moreover, staffs is not friendly, their action make me uncomfortable during they check their towel which is super old, not soft.. etc.
Hard to find. Tell the cab driver you are staying in hon chong Beach. First building on the left when you get to the complex. It has a coffee shop on the bottom left hand side. Go down the left side of the building past little pho shop. When you get to reception. You need to call the owner. Her number is on Web sites. Her email is kimntvn@gmail.com. She is quite casual with her email replies, about 2 days. We had no electricity in our kitchen and didn't bother to get in contact with her, it was cheap enough to eat out. Lots of construction going on in the next building, so no sleep ins. Also construction on hon chong beach. It was safe for my daughter and I to walk around at night by ourselves, while my husband watched the world cup.!

However there’s no receiption, no front desk . The only way to contact staff is handphone call & the inconvenient caused due to many people sharing only 1key for lift & only 1key for apartment
We booked 2x Two bedroom apartments for 2 nights.
Both apartments were modern and comfortable.
There was however some challenges which did impact our stay.
Firstly the apartments are managed by an external agent.
We were unaware of this fact when we arrived at the supplied address.
There was not signage to confirm we were at the right location so we proceeded to reception to ask. Reception suggested they had no knowledge of our reservation and became quiet confused and irritated.
After 30 minutes of this we were ready to move on. At the last minute we found a phone number for Expedia and called them at great expense to our selves.
Expedia called the property manager who arrived shortly after.
We were told the wifi password was the room number entered twice.
In one apartment this was not the case, in the other apartment there was no wifi.
After calling the property manager she came and turned the wifi on and promptly left.
The wifi worked for a few seconds and then stopped.
We called again and were advised some one would come in 10 minutes.
We waited 2 hours and still no one came.
We let the property manager know several times over the next day and a half.
Still no one came.
We ended up having to leave the apartment and go to coffee shops to use the their wifi.
One of the apartments (1824) has a drainage issue. When it’s windy the s bend in the bathroom waste drains would quickly blow dry and fill the apartment with the smell of sewerage.
