I don't recommend this place
Cons:

I don't recommend this place. The room we got was nice, of course. We were actually quite happy at first because it had a large balcony (701). Then we discovered that ants were running all over the room, there weren't enough electrical outlets, the TV only showed local programs, and it was very noisy outside at night. But that's okay, it's livable. But when we decided to wash our clothes there, that's when the problems started. When we picked up our clothes from the wash, we discovered that all the light-colored items were ruined after washing, covered in striped spots, as if someone had wiped their shoes on them. These items had only been worn once before and were clean. We only sent them to the wash to freshen them up. We returned to reception and explained the problem. They offered to wash them again. But after the second wash, nothing changed; the stains remained. After the third wash, the items looked completely like rags, but the stains remained. At reception, they insisted we wash old, stained clothes. We couldn't get anything done. They acted like we were lying. The only thing they offered was a 50% discount on laundry. But when we checked out, to avoid a refund, they demanded 80,000 dong for one soiled towel. The logic is baffling, as they charged 72,000 dong for washing nine items, and 80,000 dong for washing one towel. Our clothes are ruined, and they're not taking responsibility for it. And they're charging us for their soiled towel, which can be washed, unlike ours. Therefore, I highly recommend not doing laundry here. In fact, it's best not to stay here at all, as the staff is rude and not customer-oriented.

Pros:

The room is comfortable, includes a mini bar fridge, has a window which is surprisingly hard to find in a budget friendly hotel.
The staff were excellent in accommodating me and my needs. The cleaning service is available every day and ensured my room was sparkling as i arrived back with drinking water always available.
As a budget traveller it is perfect for my everyday needs.
