Important information:

Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.
Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.
Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.
To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.
Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team.
Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.
Our windows don’t open, so you can enjoy peace, quiet and added safety. With air conditioning in every room, you’ll stay comfortable no matter what the weather’s doing outside.
The property does not offer on-site parking. However, guests can use Parking Scheveningen Strand at a 50% discount by purchasing a discount card at reception for €2.00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Cons:

Je krijgt waarvoor je (weinig) betaalt. Het is allemaal zeer basic.
De badkamer die in de 5 pers familiekamer midden in de ruimte is geplaatst is niet de beste oplossing. De wc zit er ook in; melkglas.

The room was perfectly clean
Pros:

The hotel honestly states that there is NO housekeeping in the rooms. We brought our own slippers and pajamas since we booked at the last minute and this was one of the few suitable rooms left. However, we were pleasantly surprised: the room was perfectly clean and the linens were brand new. The staff is friendly and the location is convenient. We liked everything.

La ubicación ideal en Scheveningen

Ubicación perfecta. Transporte público justo en frente. Limpieza correcta. Excelente insonorización. Desayuno disponible, en un restaurante de buena calidad dentro del hotel. Personal amable (todos ellos pero, en especial, la excepcional atención de Raj y Daphna).

Cons:

Debería haber un teléfono en las habitaciones para mantener comunicación con la recepción. Un funcionario del hotel entró a la habitación para hacer una revisión, estando yo dentro. El personal de ese turno ofreció disculpas inmediatamente por su error. El error se habría evitado si hubieran llamado al cuarto.
