Happy Memories of a Very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The room which was a junior suite exceeded expectations.
All of the staff we had interaction with were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
The location is good with walking access to many of Rome's main attractions.
There are two good supermarkets nearby and several small rip off prices ones.

Cons:

The shower tray in the bathroom leaked slightly (a sealing issue) but not sufficiently to complain. The cleanliness was generally good however a nest of tables that we used at nighttime had remaining stains on them both days. As a result we didn't leave a tip for the cleaning staff (a practice that we always do when it is warranted). It's a pity but we didn't let it spoil our enjoyment of the Palazzo.

الموظفين لاذنب لهم بسوء الفندق وجميعهم متعاونين

Cons:

لم يعجبني اي شيء الفندق يستحق نجمة واحدة فقط كل ماهنالك فندق صغير يستغلون القرب من السنتر مصعد الفندق لايتحمل اشخاص مع حقائب واذا اردت الصعود بالسلالم فهذه كارثة لأنها عالية ولايوجد مكان استقبال مجرد كرسين تحت السلم ولايوجد فطور متنوع بأختصار المكان ليس فندق ومأنه شقق فندقية لاكن الغرف صغيرة ولاتوجد نوافذ كبيرة حتى واجهة المكان لاتستطيع العثور عليه بسهولة لأنه باب صغير بين بنايات قديمة وعند الدخول مباشرة تأتيك السلالم او الدرج وفي الطابق الاول توجد غرفة ادارة بدل الريسبشن

Pros:

Location was excellent.
They upgraded us to another room, which was very nice and bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Unfortunately, elevator was broken during the whole week we were there.
Since it is a boutique Hotel, stairs are not the easiest ones to climb up and down (specially for breakfast, last floor).
I can not blame the people from the Hotel which they were very nice, but I can imagine that some people had problems.

Great value for the money with warm and friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is very centrally located. Communication was easy and clear, and the staff very friendly. They helped to arrange transport for us from the airport and even gave us a free room upgrade upon arrival!

Pros:

The breakfast was very good.
The bed was too high. Ineeded a stool to climb. The bathroom was slippery for older guests it’s not safe. But the room was pleasant and the location great.
