Hotel was easy to find, room was small but clean and bed was comfortable. Shops and places to eat are within walking distance.

Great place to stay, love it! This is my 4th time staying here, excellent location, very clean, bed was very comfortable.
I love this "home away from home". I travel to Tijuana often and alway return to Rio Suites. They offer several levels of accommodations, from a small simple room to full suites with kitchenettes. I can easily walk to shops & restaurants, and always feel safe. Staff is amazing, welcoming and friendly.
It met our needs for the type of visit we had. Some of the restaurants were walking distance which made it accessible and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The noise on the first floor was something that can improve.
For those of us who don't need bougie accommodation, but still want a safe, clean, friendly, comfortable and convenient place to stay, RIO SUITES is perfect. Affordability in walking distance to everything you could possibly need.
This place is a little gem. It has a couple of apartment style rooms complete with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, living room/sitting area and full kitchens. It is located in Zona Rio accessible to eateries, OXXO's restaurants, bars, the mall and more. Satisfyingly enough, after 10 or 11 the place becomes very quiet. Although parking is limited, there is an attendant 24 hrs. a day.

My stay at RIO Suites was amazing. The staff, from check-in to security guards and cleaners, were nice, respectful, helpful, and professional. I will stay here again on my next trip. The property was clean and well-maintained.
Everything was good
The kitchen was the selling point for us. Like other reviewers, the night club that's nearby is a real pain in the butt. When they start booming the music, you will not be sleeping if you're a light sleeper. Bring earplugs or a sound machine. The room was clean, the sheets, bed and pillows were super comfy. If you like flat pillows, bring your own. The floor in the room we stayed in was travertine tile, and was cold as sh!t in the morning. I packed slippers last minute which was a life-saver. The small heater in the bathroom didn't work but the mini-split was enough. The shower head SUCKS, it's one of those stupid waterfall heads so if you don't want to get your hair wet (i.e. I don't need to wash my hair every day), it was virtually impossible to shower. I GREATLY APPRECIATED several non-LED lights in the room, I can't stand LED lights as they mess with your circadian rhythm. The parking was watched 24/7 by employees. We walked to our dentist office (30 min away) each day, and had no issues of feeling unsafe at night at all. We would definitely stay there again. Photos in the advertising are definitely made to look nicer than the actual rooms, but no big deal.
I been staying there before and is always a pleasant stay.
The room was very nice. The staff was great. The loud music going on until 3-4 am was unacceptable. My wife was there trying to recoup from surgery and was not able to rest because of the noise and it was not an option for us the leave. It also would have been nice if the TV was not all Spanish speaking shows since we were American and there for 4 days.
