Extremely disappointed

Cons:

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I specifically booked a Standard Room with a window, but upon arrival, I was placed in a room without any windows. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was informed that no other rooms were available.
Selling a room with guaranteed features and providing a completely different, downgraded room without prior notice is unacceptable and misleading. I have already contacted Booking.com customer support regarding this issue and am expecting a partial refund or appropriate compensation for this breach of booking terms.

No dejes tu coche en el Valet Parking, apárcalo tú.
Cons:

Las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas y la limpieza no reina. Por otro lado tuvimos un malentendido con el servicio de Valet Parking ya que me rayaron el coche y hasta ahora sigo esperando el nombre de la Aseguradora y número de póliza de seguro del Valet que se desentendió en todo momento incluida la administración.

Según ellos enviaron por. e mail el vídeo de los coches. durante toda la noche.

Everyone was very attentive and room was excellent we wanted to stay one more night but it was full. We had reserved for one night only 😟

This is the second time here. My family felt safe and welcome to come back.
Pros:

We stayed twice before, we loved that the room is clean, It’s in a central location and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

The parking is extremely small. The security guards are great, friendly and helpful.
