Un très bon choix
Pros:

un très bel appartement, calme et bien équipé, avec parking privé juste devant. L'accueil par Elisa était très sympathique.
Les équipements (prévus pour une personne à mobilité réduite même si cela ne nous concernait pas) étaient vraiment de bonne qualité.

Cons:

un peu loin du centre historique mais quelques minutes en voiture et des places de parking gratuites près de la cathédrale (parc)

Posizione centrale ottima. Cortesia e pulizia inappuntabili. Edificio moderno e struttura intelligente, privacy e comodità. Appunti (veniali) insonizzazione discreta e colazione essenziale, compensata da un bar - tavola calda convenzionato, veramente comodo di fronte la struttura.

arezzo bella cittadina con al centro una stupenda piazza
Pros:

parcheggio all'interno della struttura, distanza dal centro 15 minuti a piedi, a meno di 50 metri pizzeria con possibilità di fare ottimi aperitivi a buffet

Conoscere Arezzo in un weekend
Pros:

Abbiamo dormito solo una notte. La titolare persona gentilissima. Ci ha fatto trovare in frigo frutta e acqua fresca. Posizione ottima a circa 800 metri dalla cinta muraria. La stanza ci è stata consegnata prima dell'orario del check in e al check out abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina nel loro parcheggio fino al pomeriggio. Se torniamo ad Arezzo torneremo qui.

Exhaust fan does not work well. Difficult to see if knobs on the stove top were on.
