Sorpresa inesperada....

Me gustó el emplazamiento, la posibilidad de tener el coche seguro ahí mismo aparcado.
El alojamiento era amplio, pequeña cocina, pero no fue adaptado como yo reservé. Cama cómoda. Limpio.

Cons:

Bueno, hubo un inesperado inconveniente. Mi reserva era para habitación adaptada en planta baja. Al llegar al check in, que tuvimos que estar esperando no había nadie en la oficina, esperamos, llegó la responsable y disculpándose, me comenta que no tiene alojamiento en planta baja, pero sí en la primera planta sin ascensor. Yo soy PMR. Ella pensaba que la movilidad reducida no implicaba silla de ruedas, como es mi caso. Esto se solucionó con ayuda, escalón a escalón....Mucho cuidado con estas cosas.......

Lo pasé muy bien, para una sola noche.

Idéal sur Arezzo.
Pros:

Un bel et grand appartement aménagé et très bien situé. Un panier de fruits et de l'eau pour nous accueillir.
Un parc arboré proche. Vous êtes à 800m du centre historique à pieds. Des commerces disponibles à proximité.

Cons:

Une isolation phonique légère. Avec des voisins bruyants c'était un peu compliqué.

Il residence è bellissimo... 5 MN a piedi e sei dentro le mura di Arezzo... È un appartamento grande luminoso nuovo... Ci hanno fatto trovare della frutta fresca in camera e 2 bottigliette d'acqua in frigo... Parcheggio all'interno della struttura gratuito

Un sacco di storie per pagamento e check in la signora doveva andare via prima non era possibile fare il pagamento con il pos. Insomma, una serie di problemi. Non poteva aspettarci. Con quella fine è andato tutto bene. Mi dispiace che non struttura così bella è inclusa la colazione nel canto meno. Grazie, presidente. E la struttura è una macchina. Per fare il caffè.

pokoje są duże i dobrze urządzone, parking na miejscu bez dodatkowych opłat, w obiekcie jest czysto, także w pokojach

trochę daleko od centrum, pewne kłopoty w komunikacji z obiektem przed przybyciem, konieczność dokonania płatności gotówką, a nie kartą debetową (podobno był popsuty terminal).

Carino, alla fine c’era cucina, bagno e doccia belli esteticamente.

Cons:

Sporchissimo e pessimo, ragnatele ovunque, ragnetti rossi sopra le pareti, tovaglie e lenzuola. Prima di dormire abbiamo perso tempo ad ammazzare 4 zanzare giganti. Insomma era pieno di ragni, formiche,acari e in generale insetti. Una vergogna me lo sarei aspettato molto più bello e soprattutto pulito.

Eenvoudig appartement, prima voor twee nachten.

Eenvoudig appartement op loopafstand van het centrum, goede parkeergelegenheid. Lekker dat je buiten kon zitten.

Cons:

We misten een tweede stoel om makkelijk te zitten. Je kon wel koken maar de pannen waren aan vervanging toe. Verder waren er meer kleine gebreken, zoals een rolgordijntje in het slaapgedeelte dat niet open kon. Geen viltjes onder de stoelpoten, dus je hoorde het schuiven met stoelen van de buren op de stenen vloer.

Nagyon kellemes élmény volt a Residence Peloniban megszállni! A szállás modern, tágas és csendes, a belváros pedig kényelmes sétával könnyen elérhető. Külön pluszpont a zárt, biztonságos parkolóért és a kedves, segítőkész személyzetért. Az apartman jól felszerelt volt, a kis figyelmességek – például a bekészített víz és gyümölcs – igazán jól estek. Ár-érték arányban kiváló választás Arezzóban, szívesen visszatérünk ide máskor is.
