Nao estava conseguindo Uber e ele fez o gesto raro hoje em dia de forma espontanea ao qual sou grato e irei me recordar com carinho e atencao reciproca para retornar ao local que fui bem acolhido e deu este exemplo de cuidar do cliente .

Gostei do café da manhã do barzinho da cama

Cons:

Não gostei do ar condicionado que estava sujo e barulhento foi difícil dormi e minha renite ficou atacada o tempo todo do box de toma banho muito pequeno e mau projetado da tv antiga, não pegava YouTube tinha pouca opções d canal e principalmente da piscina que era uma nojeira muito suja a piscina é só pra enfeitar pq não tem como usar.

O hotel poderia oferecer mais, peca nos detalhes
Pros:

Quarto amplo e bom café da manhã.
O restaurante tem serviço de buffet no jantar bem variado e com boa aparência.
Os quartos são silenciosos e proporcionam bom sono e descanso.

Cons:

Faltam confortos simples como um secador de cabelos no quarto. O Hotel empresta na recepção, porém SOMENTE tem 2 unidades e sempre que precisei não estavam disponíveis, o que me causou muito desconforto e insatisfação. O banheiro é cheio daquelas mosquinhas (inofensivas para o ser humano), que demonstram sinais de limpeza deficitária do banheiro, principalmente ralos. Somente são disponibilizadas toalhas de banho e não de rosto, que são trocadas TODOS os dias. Seria melhor disponibilizar toalhas de rosto e trocar as toalhas conforme a solicitação e consciência ecológica de cada hóspede.
