Great spot for a quick getaway with a lot of people.
Pros:

Good location if you want to be in the western part of Newcastle, quiet location, 3 bedrooms very convenient for a family and upstairs with the loungeroom downstairs so it feels like a lot of space. Nice wide garage that's easy to fit one car of almost any size in (not height though).

Cons:

Not the property's fault but roadworks happening on the street make access a little more difficult. Only one car space so others need to find street parking which can be a little tough at times.

Comfortable 3 bedroom town house. Quiet, roomy, well applied with all requirements

Cons:

Currently road works in the street, difficult to access. As the works have been going on for 6 months, would have been nice to be made aware when booking, not on the day we booked

Location was great for proximity but not great for noisy traffic

Cons:

Noisy traffic, steep staircase, there was a hammer under one of the pillows, door handles loose, car couldn't fit in garage, small living area with only 4 dining chairs for 6 guests.
Plus the gardener started trimming bushes at 7am

Lovely place, clean and well furnished. Great base for our short stay.
Pros:

This is a beautiful place, clean and has everything you need. Great for our party of five adults but would also be good for kids.

Cons:

The garage parking is very tight, I'd recommend backing down the driveway past the garage and then driving in forwards...very tight to get out otherwise. And for our second car parking was down the street a ways, so that wasn't great.
