Room was disappointing but fantastic location
Pros:

Location was amazing and the pool and spa

Cons:

The room was disappointing, wasn't clean, the apartment was very small, furniture was broken utensils were dirty or broken, lots of things needed to be replaced or fixed

A fantastic location and great vibe.
Pros:

View was great. Balcony was good. Property was very clean apart from a stain on the carpet in bedroom. The location is absolutely fantastic. Right near restaurants, shops and even a bottle shop next door that was reasonably priced.

Cons:

The dishwasher was moldy and unclean so we didn't use it. Apart from that everything was great.

Pros:

Cool view, quite sizeable main rooms. (The toilet was smaller but still functional). I didn’t realise when booking there was a washing machine and dryer too! Very handy.

Great location and views but 3 star interiors.
Pros:

Great location, great views, pool area is as pictured in photos. Staff tried to help.

Cons:

Room was unclean on arrival - specifically, floors had not been vacuumed. I called reception immediately and they said they’d send someone in the morning. When we got home that day floors were still not done, but they’d been to make beds etc. Floors of common areas near lift also dirty.

Rooms in the apartment are completely bare eg there is a wardrobe, but no shelving or hangers to actually store your clothes. Interiors feel 3 stars, very basic. Massive stains all over carpets. Views are great from the sky apartment we had, but bedrooms feel tiny and it’s actually uncomfortable being so close to the edge!

This building is busy combined residential and short term letting.
