Pros:

Location is great!

Cons:

Wifi is bad - didn’t work any single day. Also, they had a issue with some pipe pressure across many of the floors so there would be an annoying sound coming from the pipes all day, even night.

Crowded elevator(one of the four went wrong and there is no time that nobody’s waiting for elevator, waiting time is 2-3 mins on average), service phone barely through(we tried for like 3-4 times on different days, none of them went through, we have to go to the front desk using elevator that could take ages), lousy view if you are not booking the sky apartment, stained carpet, endless call and message for prepayment, and the price is too high if you book one month earlier, they cut price to about 2/3 the day we checked in. Plus, 2 weeks passed, where is my 150 dollar deposit?

Pros:

Perfect location close to QV markets and Melbourne Central. Lots of food options, public transport and shopping nearby. Friendly staff who accommodated us leaving our bags when we arrived too early to check in and then advised when our room was ready early.

Cons:

The bathroom was dark and didn’t have any power outlets. Carpet was a bit tired and stained. Cleaning of the room was inconsistent - bins were emptied however bed wasn’t made. Shower seal kept falling off shower door so the bathroom would flood when we had a shower. Only three elevators were working for 69 floors so there was always a wait time.

Pros:

Location is great plenty of asian and indian restaurants. Nice multicultural vibe because of young people. Good local supermarkets. Still only a few blocks from cbd.

Only thing lifts are very slow.

Cons:

The dishwasher was broken and couldn’t be fixed, there was often long lines and waits for lifts. There was quite a bit of street noise during the night and a loud noise from hydraulic cupboard next store during the night.

ゴミは毎日回収してくれたが、ベッドメイキング、タオルの交換は一回のみだった。トイレツトペーパーの補充はなく、毎回とりにいっていた。
ボディソープなども補充が無く、途中で無くなった。

Really enjoyed my stay, everything I needed, close to all the things I did! Would stay again!

The view was incredible! The room was nice and quiet and had everything I needed!

Cons:

I didnt stay long enough! Could have been there for a few more days and enjoyed Melbourne 🙌
