Great Service and Facilities, but Food Needs Improvement
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay overall thanks to the incredible staff and top-notch service. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the hotel facilities are very good and well-maintained.

Cons:

The main downside for us was the food. As someone who really enjoys meat, I found the dishes lacked flavor and had a somewhat processed, industrial taste. With a higher quality culinary experience, this hotel would be absolute perfection.

A beautiful, high-end adults-only hotel with an exceptional level of service.
The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for couples.
The food is of a very high standard, including an excellent dinner at the Immenso restaurant. The massage was absolutely fantastic — one of the best massages we have ever had.
The outdoor pool has a very pleasant temperature, and the reserved sunbeds are a great touch, making the pool experience even more relaxing.
If you’re looking for a few days of peace, quiet, relaxation, and tranquility, this is definitely the place to stay.

Cons:

The spa area could be improved and upgraded. The evening entertainment and nightlife could also be more vibrant.

A wonderful hotel — clean, comfortable, with excellent service and a fantastic staff. The food was excellent as well.

Cons:

The shade around the pool is very limited. The UV radiation in Cyprus is quite strong, and having more shaded areas would make spending time by the pool much more comfortable and enjoyable.
