Don't expect to get the rooms you pay for
Pros:

Rooms were spacy and nice

Cons:

We booked 4 identical rooms for 3 singles and a couple, and were given 1 of the room types we actually booked and paid for, and 3 other smaller rooms on 3 different floors.

Ottima struttura in collocazione molto utile per la visita della città. Colazione buona e varia e buono anche il ristorante per la cena. Camera di larga dimensione e servizio di pulizia e riordino giornaliero perfetto. Comunque consigliato per soggiorno a Jaffna.

Good, would recommend.
Pros:

Modern with good food. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Francis was very kind and through with the room service. The other staff were very kind and helpful also.

Geweldig hotel met mooie kamers en een uitstekend restaurant

✅ Kraakheldere en super schone kamers
✅ Geweldig restaurant met uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het personeel verdient alle lof; ze waren ontzettend behulpzaam en werkelijk alles was mogelijk. Daarnaast was de kamer super schoon, wat ons direct een welkom gevoel gaf.

Het absolute hoogtepunt voor ons was het eten in het restaurant. Vooral het ontbijtbuffet was geweldig, met een oneindige keuze aan gerechten. De verse egg hoppers waren een persoonlijke favoriet! We hebben echt genoten van de kwaliteit en de variatie die hier geboden werd. Een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die Jaffna bezoekt en van goed eten en een gastvrije sfeer houdt.

Fantastic stay in a great location.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. We use the restaurent few times and the food and hospitslity is very good. Housekeeping staff was fantastic. We are very happy with the house keeping daily room cleaning staff. The staff look after our room for cleaning and making bed wad excellent.

Cons:

Nothing particularly. It will be great if you could add lassi as option in the restarent.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Abendbüffet und ansprechendes Frühstück .Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber gereinigt.

Comfortable stay, great restaurant and just opposite the train station.
Pros:

Great location just opposite the train station. City hotel rather than a traditional or architectural gem. Room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed using the pool. Considerate staff. Highly recommend the restaurant - really wished we’d eaten here more!
